Grace had been putting away the brooms after the first year's flying lesson, when the urge to fly had come over her. She had kept one broom behind when locking them in the shed, then grabbed a quaffle as well. As much as Grace enjoyed teaching, she did sometimes miss playing. She still followed her old team carefully. She flew up to the hoops with the quaffle under her arm.

Indi was feeling good about her skills after practice but she couldn't ease up now. Not with Natalia nipping at her heels and her so called "captains" calling the shots. She stomped out to the pitch to get some practice in when she saw the flying professor with a quaffle in hand. Indi hesitated not sure if she should leave or ask for any tips.

Grace flew up to the hoop and practiced her old favorite trick shot, where the quaffle didn't fly through the center of the hoop, but bounced against the edge before going in, making it trickier to predict. She managed it, and grinned. At least her skills hadn't gone rusty.

Indi watched the professor for a bit longer. She wasn't half bad and remembered hearing that she apparently played professionally for a time. As much as she thought the professor was crazy for giving that up she didn't have all day to wait. "Are you going to be much longer?!" she asked.

Grace turned when she heard someone speak, she raised her eyebrows at the girl. "Probably, why?" She asked.

Indi frowned. "Well some of us who have actual games to practice for." she said with her arms crossed in front of her. She knew she shouldn't be so rude to a professor but she only had so much free time.

Grace started to move the quaffle from one hand to the other and was even considering tossing it at the girl, until her words made her freeze. She frowned, slowly turning her head to look at her. "Excuse me? I'm aware you're too old for flying lessons, Miss Khatri, but I'm still a teacher."

"Sorry." Indi said dryly in a way that made it clear she was anything but. "There's just only one pitch..." she said and trialed off hoping the professor would get what she meant. She wasn't sure why it was such a big deal to point out that maybe others needed it more than others.

Grace decided to take the apology at face value, even though she knew the girl hadn't really meant it. She didn't much feel like taking points. "Yes, there is. Usually, there are fourteen people trying to play a game on here." She said, gesturing to the huge pitch. "There's spare quaffles and a whole other set of goals if you need." She paused, then she tossed the quaffle at the girl. "But go ahead." She said, a challenge in her expression.
