Hey all.
I am surprised with sorting going on then there are no new threads here.
I have two students I want to socialise a little.

Willow Cullen.

Willow is a third-year Gryffindor she has a few friends but she has not been as active as I would have liked.
she is fairly energetic and should be fairly hot-headed though she hasn't had much of a chance to hot head.
what she needs is friends, enemies, potential romantic interest. anything really. trouble is not a problem for her.[/firebrick]

Selene is my first year Ravenclaw. she is quite shy she has always had her sister to be there for her and her twin is the bubbly one. but now they are in different houses. she asked the sorting hat to put them in different houses so her twin could grow on her own but she is scared. She also struggles to sleep as she gets nightmares.
she needs friends, a mentor, or anything that you can think of. ​

Hey Mia!

For Willow, I can always offer Fleur again for some sort of adventure :D I think they're cute friends!

As for Selene, I have a first year Ravenclaw named Lars van Houten (coincidentally, Fleur's brother haha) and he's also a shy kid, a little weird and awkward but generally sweet. He loves drawing and painting and is very creative, but not very good with people. Maybe they could be friends? Or just awkward shy acquaintances xD

Willow and Mazikeen are a lot of fun, we should definitely do more with them!

Selene and Cyzarine, i think they could be friends, Cyzarine is very outgoing, personable, she's a lover of reading and writing, she likes adventures and magic, they could definitely hang out and I think they could be good friends.
Selene and Aonghas could get along too, he's friendly enough.

I could also offer a few older students for Selene, There's Simon Vanity whose a ravenclaw like her, maybe he's in the common room, after a nightmare and they chat?
I also have Noemie Vanity who could do the same, she's very kind to her friends and to those around her, so she'd easily be nice to Selene.

There is also Stefan as a old-mentor friend role, obviously we've got that one topic but we could explore it further as time goes one? I'd be up for any of that.

Fleur and Willow: I am always up for those two together. they get on well together and seem similar enough to be good friends. did you want to plot them? and they will have to have another Halloween thread when we get to that party.

Lars and Selene: i also thought that they should have a thread together and see how they go. maybe after they have started classes and start to feel a little more at home in the school?​

We can split them up a bit if you want; I can do the cyzarine and Selene one, if you start the selene Aonghas one. And maybe a little into the semester we can do one between selene and the older kids?

fantastic. I was thinking of getting her transferred to st mungos as a healer (ob/gyn and muggle medicine). probably around christmas IC time.

As for your first year with nightmares, I actually have Kira. She suffers from nightmares as well and I haven't had the chance to explore it yet. (Except for one thread where Flavio caught her.) She's a total sweetheart so I can definitely see her being there for Selenium :)

I have been looking at both sapphire and onyx. they would both be good for her. willow has a little bit of an inherited predigest against Slytherins (nothing major but more her mum really didn't like Slytherins. so maybe those two would be an interesting fit together. see how they go as friends, maybe friends with a slight competition or teasing aspect to their friendship.​

It is.
I feel like they would know of each other enough to not make this necessary. But we could still meet with onyx first if you would rather. They have presumably had class together for two years. And they were both in the talent show. What would you rather do?
 
Hmmmm you're right they do all already know each other... I can see Sapph studying outside because she's super into her classes this year and Onyx has been trying to mellow out so he could be reading a book in the common room or if you want adventure he might wander out into the forest alone. Or we could have a band session with all three of them ;) whatever works for you

outside could work. I have just had an idea. it is august/september in NZ at the moment which is winter. what are your thoughts on a snowball fight. it is a way they could interact without the awkward start to a conversation. then they could go to the kitchens and get hot chocolate.
otherwise, the studying outside or reading in the common room would work. but i don't know how willow will feel about a band practice. she is still slightly self-conscious about her playing and if asked by a friend would probably join but wouldn't jump in to play with those she didn't know very well.​
 
Whereas I like the idea of a snowball fight, aren't the seasons reversed in New Zealand? And I think someone told me that snow is rare. If I'm wrong then I'm all for it XD

I like your idea to do Lars and Selene a little later, and I'm sure Fleur and Willow can always run into each other. Fleur is friends with Mazikeen too, which is fun :D

new Zealand is southern hemisphere which means that winter is June July and August. so it would probably be leasing off over September but who said that there isn't going to be a cold wave (like the opposite of a heat wave) in 2047. as for the amount of snow. I know that some places on the south island get a fair amount. and there is, of course, the fact that the school is full of magic.

Hello Mia!!! I have Hezekiah Mowry for Selene. He is Rama's father and the new potions professor for the older years. He feels like his life is an entire nightmare, but he can be very helpful when it comes to advice and inspiring people. (He can inspire anyone but himself oddly).

For Willow I have Beata. Bee is very chill and smart. She has recently taken up painting. I haven't used her as much as I would like, but I feel like she and Willow would be friends, or Beata could be in a bad mood and they could get off to on the wrong foot?

Heyo ;D Since Geo has met Selene already, she could certainly give her a hand around the school! I know they're not the same house, but Geo would definitely look out for her if she needed some help?
 
Hi Mia we should do Athena and Willow again! I like them and I think Athena thinks of her as a friend. For Selene I could offer Lauren, she isn't afraid of many things and really a rebel so perhaps she can help her with her fears. Lauren also loves making friends.

So let me know what you think of this?! We can both start one perhaps if you like the idea's.
