This game is one that is somewhat popular on forums so I've decided I'd try to start it up here, at least for the birthday celebrations. Here's how it works:
You have a list of names, in this game we'll use the names of the members of MESSI, and they all have 10 'HP'.
When you post you can do one of two things:
Hurt: Remove one point from somebody on the list
or
Heal: Give another point to somebody on the list.
Every turn you can do a total of two actions. So in one post you may remove two points from me, or add two points to me, or take one from me and give one to Cecily or give one to me and give one to Cecily or whatever you want.
Just two actions per turn, though. 
You can take as many turns as you want, too! Just don't double post! (So somebody has to go before you go again.)
When a person on the list makes it all the way down to zero points their name is removed from the list. That having been said, don't try to gang up on/attack a certain person constantly. Like don't make it your goal for Cecily to be out first and only subtract from her every chance you get. Just make it interesting.
