Open Heta Omega vs Brotherhood: Musical Chairs!

Ben waited another moment before stopping the music and then watched to make sure no one was breaking any rules and that everyone who should have a seat had only one person on a seat.​

Jonah quickly dove for a chair, he had been just a little bit distracted while they walked.

 

[Audrey Beauchamp]

Audrey dived into a seat again, almost knocking it over. Now it was up to her and Aroha to rep the girls.

 

[Teddy Pirrip]

There were only a handful of players remaining and one of them happened to be Audrey, who Teddy would quite like to beat even if he didn't win the whole game. Teddy's pace was faster now and he grabbed a chair as soon as the music stopped and sat down.

 

[Aroha Blenheim]

Aroha quickly got into a chair.

 

[Felix Layton-King]

Felix grabbed a seat as soon as the music stopped.

Felix did not see that the chairs were already taken. And thus, had sat on the floor instead.

The music started again. "Felix, you're out I'm afraid, but good try."​

Jonah took a seat and his rper can't be bothered to type more because it's 5am.

 

[Aroha Blenheim]

Aroha quickly got into a seat, hurrying and nearly falling off but managing it nonetheless.

 

[Teddy Pirrip]

Teddy quickly sat down
Teddy tried to sit down but Aroha had slid into the seat before him.

 

[Audrey Beauchamp]

Audrey tried to make it to a chair but she was apparently too slow. She kicked Teddy in the shins for good measure, though.

 

[Teddy Pirrip]

Not only did Teddy not get a seat, he also got kicked in the shin. "Ow Audrey, that really hurt." Teddy said, rubbing his leg. "She should lose points like that Slytherin earlier." He told Professor Kaster, although he wasn't being serious, even if he was annoyed not making it to the final round.

 

[Audrey Beauchamp]

Audrey shook her head, looking shocked at Teddy's outburst. "I tripped over trying to get to a chair. It was an accident," she said, insistently. "It's an intense game!"

 

[Jonah Edogawa]

Jonah watched this all happen from his seat.

 

[Professor Benjamin Kaster II]

Ben shook his head. "Since you're both eliminated anyway, I'm not going to bother reminding you of the rules, but please keep your hands to yourself as you leave." It's clear to him that Audrey's act was one more of a friend than the way Miss Ayre had acted with Eurydice, but he will take points down the line if he felt it's necessary to do so.

We are now in the final Walking Phase, posting in this phase is not mandatory but it is highly encouraged. Especially for this last phase.
The next phase will begin in 24 hours. We're down to the final two players, Jonah and Aroha. Brotherhood vs Heta. Let's go!

Aroha was feeling tense. This was it - the battle for the last seat. The fate of the heta-omega versus the brotherhood was on her shoulders, and she thrived under the pressure. She shot a grin at Jonah as she walked by the solo chair. Maybe she could psyche him out somehow but she didn't quite know. She just paid close attention to the music while she still could.

 

[Jonah Edogawa]

Okay, now that there were only two of them, this was definitely more nerve-wracking than Jonah expected. He gave the older girl a shy smile and a wave as they circled the last chair. Hopefully, the President doesn't kill him if he loses against the older girl.

The music stopped again. The final scramble. He watched carefully.

Aroha sat down in a chair.

 

[Jonah Edogawa]

Jonah yelled as he made the dive for the last chair and sat down only to sit on the older student and blush bright red. "SORRY!" and stood back up.

 

[Professor Benjamin Kaster II]

Ben looked between the pair, and grinned. "Well done Aroha! That was some dive there Jonah, but unfortunately it seems that Miss Blenheim got there first." He said, nodding. "I guess this is a Heta Omega win, right?" He looks to both @Teddy Pirrip and @Bailey Walden-Cade he'd enjoyed this. He was glad he'd been asked to join in.

[Aroha Blenheim]

Aroha laughed it off, finding the whole situation amusing. "No worries," she reassured the younger boy. Then the realisation hit her - she'd won. She'd won for heta-omega. "Yesss," she said to herself, fist-pumping the air. "In your face, Teddy Pirrip!" She called out, remaining in the chair for a little longer to savour her victory.

 

[Teddy Pirrip]

Teddy watched the intense final when the music stopped and they were both within seconds of each other. Aroha won which Teddy was happy about. He'd wanted Jonah to win for the Brotherhood but Aroha was his teammate and he was happy for her. He laughed so much at her winning words, “Enjoy it while it lasts, Aroha.” he teased playfully. Then he went over to Professor Kaster to thank him for hosting. The whole event had been a lot of fun and he was grateful to him for helping them out.
