Hello whoever is reading this.

So, I am trying to get a banner made, but every time I put in an application it isn't done
What do I do??

This isn't the place to post this but I can help

While you have successfully filled out your graphics form you have wait for someone to fill it, the images don't just magically get generated out of thin air A lot of the graphics peeps are busy with their own things but will get on to it evetually. If, after two weeks, your request has gone unanswered it will be timed out and you can fill out a new one then and only then
