Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y49 | S2

ivy caught the quafle as it was thrown back to play after miles shot and started back down the pitch
 
Felix tried to ignore his throbbing shoulder, and regain his focus to the snitch.
 
Santiago swung but missed his target.
 
Felix tried to remember what it was like to hold the snitch in his grasp.
 
Aroha set about flying, searching for the snitch.
 
Santiago saw another bludger quickly and went after it. With a quick swing he sent the bludger flying across the pitch right at the seeker. @Aroha Blenheim
 
William managed to hit a bludger and it went hurtling toward @Felix Layton.
 
Santiago looked for another bludger to hit.
 
Ivy made her way towards the goals. Grinning. She got this. At least that is what she was saying to herself like a mantra. She aimed. Threw the ball and smiled as it went sailing through the hoop.
 
Felix didnt appreciate being hit by the bludger in quick succession. The ball hit him on the hip this time so now his entire left side of his body was hurting.
 
Rose wondered idly if Amory was watching.
 
At least Ivy was having some luck, but Miles was determined to do better, huffing aa he grabbed the quaffle himself and headed off back down the other end of the pitch.
 
Ivy watched as myles took the quaffle and strted his way back up the pitch. but this time instead of following him she flew towards teddy. taking the rose in a tube from where she had tied it to her broom. "Hey teddy can you save this" she said passing it the last few feet towards the keeper
and then this happened
 
Felix thought that was a very creative way to deliver a rose.
 
Bit weird that Ivy delivered a rose during practice, but William was only able to notice as there were no bludgers in sight.
 
Felix continued the hunt for the snitch, wondering if there really was a second game curse for Quidditch players.
 
He was just about to throw the quaffle through the hoop when Ivy suddenly appeared with a rose. Not for him, thank Merlin, but it was still rather distracting and he ended up being distracted enough to miss.
 
Felix could only imagine being given a rose in midair, because at least it would have given him a reason as to why he hadn't caught the snitch yet.
 
Aroha continued her search, failing to even spot a glimpse of the gold of the snitch.
 
Ivy was surprised that Miles was back at Teddy's hoop so quickly. Had she taken that long that he had gone down to the other end and back again, or looked around to see what the commotion was, or thought it may be easier to get a goal while the keeper was distracted? Whatever the reason, it seemed like it wasn't effective. She looked at the other chaser. "Sorry" she said before moving out of the way. giving him a chance, if he wanted it, to get the quaffle and have another go without her being in the way.
 
Rose continued to guard her hoops
 
Santiago spotted another bludger and swung. His aim was way off this time and ended up hitting the younger seeker. He shot her an apologetic look but kept flying. @Rose Edogawa
 
Rose glared in the way of the beater when she was hit with a bludger, she was fine of course (mostly) but how rude! She can't guard hoops when people try to knock her off her broom.
