Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y47/S1

Rāwhiti pitched his broom back down and circled lower, fighting the frustration at his complete failure.

Teddy didn't really need to do anything yet, he was just resetting the timer for everyone else.

Rāwhiti gave Teddy a big thumbs up as he flew past, appreciative but fruitless.

Teddy did it again, giving a hopeful thumbs up back. He also wondered if Rāwhiti should check if he definitely released the snitch from the trunk at the beginning of training.

Veronica grumbled at Teddy's comment, patronising a**, when it looked like no one else was going for the quaffle she grabbed it and looped around the pitch to have another go at Teddy. She missed, again. The smug keeper would love that.

Teddy caught the quaffle again, "Ooh so close, here have another go." He said, throwing the ball back to Veronica.

Despite the quaffle going for Veronica, Fraser was the one to catch it and focused on looping around to try to score.

Santiago searched for another bludger to hit.

Alicia had cooled off a bit and flew over to Fraser.

Teddy grinned when Fraser got the ball, maybe Veronica could have another turn later he thought. He focused on defending the hoops and watching Fraser as he looped back around to try and score.

Milo's whole body felt like one big bruise and he allowed himself a little longer to wallow since it seemed like Rāwhiti wasn't making any real progress either.

Santiago sighed and wondered where the bludgers were hiding.

As soon as he got close he threw the quaffle and he missed entirely.

Alicia grabbed the quaffle after Fraser failed to score and it was thrown in.

Santiago saw a bludger and swung but his aim was off.

Ivy flew along side the other chasers ready if they needed her.

Rāwhiti circled lower, hoping the team couldn't see him eyeing the equipment chest. Just a quick check, to make sure the snitch was really out there.

Veronica flew close to Alicia to keep an eye on the situation.

Fraser followed alicia as she approached the hoops.

Rāwhiti continued circling closer to the ground, still no sign of the snitch presenting itself.

Rule 2a.

Fraser didn't love stealing the quaffle, but he saw an opportunity and took it. Grabbing the quaffle from Alicia.

Rāwhiti was nearly at ground level now, trying to surreptitiously get his eyes on the equipment chest.

Teddy watched Fraser steal and got ready to block any attempt to score.

Fraser wasn't surprised when with ease Teddy caught the quaffle. He knew he'd get it next time. (hopefully)

Rāwhiti couldn't see any sign of the snitch in its enclosure on a quick fly by, so he pulled the nose of his broom up and began gaining height again.
