Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y46/S1

Miro continued to fly around the pitch, soon spotting another bludger. He failed to hit it.

Rāwhiti flew closer to the center of the action, wondering if the snitch was hiding amongst his teammates.

Rāwhiti wove through his teammates easily, but the snitch didn't seem to be anywhere in the fray.

Josh grabbed a hold of the quaffle as it was thrown back into the pitch, heading towards the hoops.

Milo watched Raawhiti dodge through part of the team and grinned. He could totally do that. Milo shot towards Miro, nearly colliding with him as the beater turned a direction he wasn't expecting. Whoops.

Veronica didn't see the bludger coming so when it hit her, it hit her in the stomach. She keeled over on her broom and for a second thought she might fall, but was able to steady herself.

Rāwhiti looked back after finishing his journey through the other players, only to see Milo trying to copy him, and... "Watch out for the other players!" He called out, trying not to sound too satisfied. "Don't get in anyone's way unless you're on the snitch's tail."

Milo barely squeaked past the other players, turning when he heard Raawhiti call out. "It's good practice for us both!" He said in response, shifting out of the way of the hoops in case the chasers were incoming.

Josh threw the quaffle towards the left hoop though it didn’t manage to sail through…

Santiago swore as he missed again.

Miro spotted another bludger but wasn't able to hit it :(

Milo dropped altitude again quickly just in case any bludgers were coming his way, checking closer to the pitch for signs of the snitch.

Rāwhiti ignored Milo's comment, glad that it was the only one he had heard the younger boy make all practice at least, and returned to his search for the snitch.

When it looked like no one was going to grab the quaffle, Josh decided to get a hold of it and make his way towards the hoops.

Rāwhiti flew out, hugging the side of the pitch as he kept looking for any signs of the snitch.

When Josh was close enough towards the hoops, he threw the quaffle towards the right hoop, and smiled happily as he watched it sail through the hoop.

Rāwhiti's eyes locked on the snitch up ahead and he dashed forwards, but after a couple of zigzags it slipped his gaze again.

Josh held back a little and awaited the other chasers to pick the quaffle up, wanting them to have a go

Milo saw Raawhiti making a move again, quickly turning to try and follow him as he zig-zagged across the pitch. He hadn't spotted the snitch himself yet so when Raawhiti seemed to lose steam he had no choice but to back off.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

Fraser rushed forward and grabbed the quaffle when it was tossed back out.

Aurora missed who she was going for.

Fraser missed when he attempted to score.
