Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y45/S1

After doing a lap around the pitch, Josh noticed no one had picked up the quaffle and Josh decided to have another go with the quaffle. Josh got a hold of the quaffle and circled around the pitch, heading towards the hoops.

Evie was glad to have blocked Joshua's shot, and kept an eye on him again to make sure he didn't get another one.

Rāwhiti kept looking for the snitch, itching to get another catch soon.

When Josh was close enough to the hoops, he threw the quaffle towards the right hoop but didn't make it through...

Sen took possession of the quaffle.

Josh flew quickly after Senna as she had possession of the quaffle

Sen headed straight for the hoops and threw the quaffle as fast as she could, smiling when it sailed through.

Aurora had tried to hit another bludger to the new seeker but instead sent it off in the direction of the chaser. @Joshua Lynch

Teddy circled the pitch looking for the snitch.

Rāwhiti seemed to finally open his eyes and catch the snitch again a short while after Teddy. "Wow, how many until you catch up with Teddy?" He called innocently, though he suspected the question was mostly lost to the wind as the two seekers took off again after the snitch. Though Aurora did get another hit in and Milo had to stifle a laugh at that.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

When none of the other chasers went for the quaffle Sen swooped in and caught it herself.

Milo decided to change tactics, trying to ghost behind Aurora for a bit, hoping he could take a swing at any bludgers she was missing.

Senna threw the quaffle through a hoop.

Aurora missed the next bludger she was going for.

Teddy didn't want Rāwhiti catch up to his total, he kept his focus on the search for the snitch. His effort paid off when he spotted the golden snitch across the pitch. Without a word, he kicked into high gear, racing for the snitch. He stretched out his arm and snatched it from the air. His face showed satisfaction, although he refrained from boasting out loud, not wanting to come across as too cocky. Yet, internally, he was thrilled to have widened the gap once more.

When he saw Teddy accelerate Rāwhiti kicked into high gear, but there was no time for him to catch up before the younger boy had the snitch in his hand once more. Rāwhiti gave him a thumbs up, calling out, "Great work!" Though he was starting to feel like he owed Elara an apology letter for having done the same to her in his first year as an alternate.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

Josh got a hold of the quaffle when it was thrown back into play and circled around the pitch towards the hoops

Milo watched in disbelief as Teddy caught the snitch again, nary a bludger nearby for him to even consider trying to slow his roommate down a bit. "Seriously, did you charm it or something, you can tell me I won't judge," Milo lied, pulling up near Teddy to squint at him.

Teddy smiled back, "Thanks!" He released the snitch back into training. He looked at Milo, "Nope, just pure talent." He replied with a wide grin before continuing his snitch search.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

Rāwhiti wove through the goalposts as he searched, hoping to spot another sign of the snitch soon and close the gap with Teddy.

When Josh was close enough towards the hoops, it sailed through the hoop!

Milo made a slow loop of the pitch, eying where Rāwhiti was weaving near the hoops and wondering if he could line up a shot.
