Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y44 S1

Aurora noted that one of the young beaters sent a bludger away from a player and towards her and Aurora was able to hit it and send it directly to hit the keeper.

@Genevieve Fuentes

Not seeing the others, he grabbed the quaffle and started around again.

Dahlia flew a little closer to the ground wondering if the snitch was somewhere lower.

Ruby grinned as the older beater used the bludger she sent away. She zoomed around looking for another bludger to hit.

Soren's ribs were killing him, but he kept going. He grimaced, a stab of pain causing him to miss the shot. He still gave the keeper a smile, not discouraged. "Next time," He promised.

Joshua got a hold of the quaffle when it was thrown back to play.

Zee was caught up watching the others practice. She was impressed for the most part, well at least content. They would have to show this much dedication in the game as well. Zee continued to watch for awhile as Soren scored and then missed. She watched Joshua grab the quaffle. She leaned forward on her broom and flew towards him, hoping to grab the quaffle when/if he scored.

Rāwhiti's spirits stayed high as he carried on searching, glad to be proving he could follow in Elara's shoes.

When Josh was close enough to the hoops, it made its way through the hoops and Josh cheered!

Rāwhiti carried on the search, daydreaming about holding the Quidditch cup high at the end of the year.

Aurora did not hit anything.

Louis followed Zephryn closely, wondering if she'd pass to him. Even if she didn't, it'd be good to practice shadowing her.

Louis was so surprised Zephryn passed to him that he nearly dropped the quaffle. He then tried to score, but failed. Louis blushed. "Sorry." He said, feeling very embarrassed.

Aurora did not hit anything.

Ruby hit a bludger but it unfortunately didn’t hit anyone.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

Rāwhiti was eager to catch the snitch again soon and do the team proud.

Ruby tried to hit the bludger but it flew by too fast.

Dahlia wasn't having much luck.

Rāwhiti flew on, searching the pitch eagerly.

Despite having caught the snitch once, Dahlia couldn't help but feel a little discouraged as she was failing to replicate it.

Rāwhiti spotted a glimmer of gold and shot after it, but after a couple of zigzags he lost the trail, groaning in frustration.
