Gryffindor Practice Y49 S1

Santiago finally got a good angle on a bludger but he decided to give Aroha a break and aimed for Felix instead. @Felix Layton-King

Realising no one else was around Ivy flew towards the falling quaffle and started back towards the goals.

Felix wouldn't have considered it a break, given he'd been hit moments prior by a second bludger. He groaned under the pain, wondering if there was a stock of bludger sized ice packs in the school somewhere.

William continued not to hit anything.

Santiago knew his luck wouldn't last but kept looking for another bludger.

Ivy continued down the pitch took aim and tossed the ball clean through the hoop. It seemed all the training she had done over the holidays was paying off.

Aroha was starting to think this snitch had been magically enchanted. Only that could explain why she hadn't caught it yet.

Ivy looked around. Seeing if anyone else was available to take the quaffle

fiona did not hit a bludger

Aroha pouted, failing to catch the snitch.

Ivy flew forward and caught the quaffle before making a start up towards the other goals.

Ivy got closer to the hoops and saw that miles wasn’t too far away “miles d’you wanna take a shot?“ she called before passing in the ball.
@Miles Flynn

Ivy watched the ball arc through the air. Before looking to see what everyone else was doing

Felix had caught the snitch so often he'd lost count as to what number he was now on. Nevertheless he kept searching.

Miles was surprised when Ivy passed him the quaffle, but he was going to give it another shot, catching it out of the air as he headed towards the hoops.

Ivy watched as miles took the quaffle and headed to the goal and she hoped that he would get it in.

Felix knew his shoulder would be sore after this practice.

Miles once more aimed at the hoops, grinning as he watched the quaffle sail right through the middle hoop. Finally it felt as though he was getting the chance to prove himself.

Aroha was getting genuinely frustrated that she couldn't catch the snitch - just once. She took a few deep breaths to calm herself. She'd proved herself before she could do it again, though apparently not this practice.

Ivy cheered as miles managed to get past the keepers. go miles she called before taking the ball and heading back down the pitch.

William didn't hit anything.

Ivy shot towards the goal. The cold air making the hair on her arms stand on end. She took aim and threw the quaffle and unfortunately didn’t score. Hopefully she would get better luck next time.

Aroha once more did not catch the snitch.

Felix was starting to get a little hungry.

Aroha drifted slowly, failing to notice the snitch.
