Glee Club: Meeting 1

Sara walked into the Duelling chamber, she'd never been here before. It was empty at the moment, none of the glee club memebers had arrived. She paced the room, and her footsteps echoed on the walls, good acoustics-that was key. There werent' many members at the moment-seven or eight-she had their names on her clipboard, which was clutched to her chest. Along with the list she had several sheets of music, which-if they got far eough-they might try out.

Today she just wanted to meet the members, find out what kind of music they wanted to perform, but ultimately she wanted to perform in front of the school. She knew that to make this possible, she would have to approach the headmaster-the very thought sent a shiver down her spine.

In truth she was nervous. She was probably younger than a good few of the members, and they probably wouldn't want to listen to a thirteen year old. To occupy herself she leafed through her song sheets, and went over her plans for the meeting in her head. After that she went over to the instruments, which were set up in the corner. She checked them over, and everything seemed alright. She had paud some boys from Ravenclaw to take them down here for her earlier-strangely they had seemed very willing. Banishing worrying thoughts from her mind, Sara went about setting up chairs facing the instuments, she wanted each meber to perform something for them today, so that she could get some idea of what she was working with.

Since finding about the new Glee club Daniel eagerly awaited the first meeting. He entered the dueling chamber on the day of the meeting and found he was the first to arrive. Baring of course the beautiful club leader Sara who he had met once at the Quidditch pitch. Since then he had been looking forward to seeing her and looking forward to Glee club well and truly starting up again. "Morning," He said brightly as he entered the chamber, his footsteps echoing off the walls as he did. Good acoustics he thoughts as he sized up the room. He had never been in this room before so he took a good look round to take it in. "How many people we expecting?" He asked Sara as he approached her after taking in his surroundings.

Danielle ran down the steps toward the duelling chamber, with her Guitar, was floating above her, because she used the levitation charm on it. When she made it down, she used her wand to set it down next to the other instruments. "I'm sorry, I didn't realize we already had instruments. Anyways, Hi Sara." She smiled as she took a seat, and she noticed an older boy near her, she wavd and gave him a wink she was excited toget to sing - it was her passion.

 

[Kyle Alcott-Ward]

Glee club! Hogwarts had a glee club! Kyle's heart had skipped a beat the moment he saw the signup sheet, and he had been counting down the days to the first meeting since. Choir, drama, and glee had been his favourite activities during his stint in muggle school, and the prospect of coming back to it was absolutely enchanting. He positively glided down the stairs to the duelling chamber on his way to the meeting, giddy walk occasionally broken up by the odd happy dance move. The one thing his life at Hogwarts had truly been lacking (asides from a cute boy to oogle 'til the cows came home) was the performing arts, and at last, at last he had an outlet.
Kyle practically slid into the room, a huge grin on his face, though the grin dimmed by a notch or two when he saw just how young the other glee club members were. Kyle had been hoping for a group closer to his own age - how could he possibly be at a high school with no cute theatre boys? Disgraceful.
Nonetheless, Kyle was still incredibly grateful to have one of his favourite hobbies back, and his greeting was certainly not lacking for enthusiasm.
"Hey guys! Am I in the right place for glee club?"

Sara jumped at the sound of footsteps. She should've expectedf it, but she was getting used to the quiet of the large room. She turned around. "Daniel! Hey!" she smiled brightly. "We're expecting around eight or nine people-from first year to seventh, though there's a good few fourth years and up signed up-they haven't arrived yet though-as you can see." she smiled, looking at the list. She hoped people turned up. "I'm really nervous." she admitted sheepishly-suddenly a third year running a school club wasn't such a good idea.
Danielle was the next to arrive. "Danielle, hey!" she grinned. "Danielle, this is Daniel." she laughed at the coincidence of their names and then another older boy walked in. "Yup, we're expecting a few more people, but if they don'r arrive soon, we'll have to atrt without them." answered Sara-surprised by the authority in her voise. "I'm Sara." she added, introducing herself to the new-comer.

Kate walked towards the duelling chamber.She couldn't wait to start Glee Club she had been looking forward to it since she had signed up.She had missed this sort of thing when she had entered Hogwarts.Singing and music was what she loved to do and she couldn't wait to get back into it.She had decided not to bring her violin with her today as it was only the first meeting.As she neared the chamber she heard some voices.She had never really thought about who else might be there but who cared,she would hopefully get to know them.She walked in just as she heard the familiar voice of her sister introducing herself.Instead of stopping like sh normally did she walked straight in and introduced herself "Hey I'm Kate"She said to everyone ,smiling
