Getting Away

Ford crossed his arms in front of his chest and eyed the Professor warily as he approached the students. "Nothing is too much the matter, Professor," he agreed with Sophia, "Just a...disagreement." His manner of speaking let loose that he did not exactly agree with the connotations of the word 'disagreement', however, Ford was okay with that for the time being.

"Well, alright then." Professor King started with hesitance, the situation still seemed tense but he had to take the word of the two fourth years. "If there are any problems any of you may simply contact me." he finished off, turning on his heels and walking away.

Sophia was both relieved and worried as Professor King left. She was still not sure where she stood with him, but she also did not want to continue her argument with Ford.

Quickly stepping toward the tree Sophia grabbed her book and messenger bag and headed off toward the castle. As she walked she slung the messenger bag over her right shoulder and across her torso, sticking her book inside. She knew it was rude of her to leave so promptly but Sophia really did not want to yell at Ford and lose control of herself out here in the open in front of Vydreal and whoever else might be outside today.

Ford looked angrily as Sophia left towards the castle, then to the younger boy. Ford did not want to stick around in what would only be a very awkward situation, and thus turned to leave. He stalked very quickly towards the quidditch pitch, in order to avoid Sophia and to gather his thoughts.

Vydráel shrugged after they both left. Sat down again and stared at the lake for some time before making way to the castle himself.
