Calum hadn't been having the best day and was exceptionally tired from the late night wondering. Duelling was on his mind and always had been since the new year and the frequent wins he was getting. He knew he was better than all of the people that he duelled but he couldn't believe that one of his team mates (who was no longer really considered a 'mate') had left and traded him for another one. Who did they think they were leaving such a great team for one that possibly, and probably most likely, had many more losses than they did? Sometimes Calum wondered if maybe it was because they had something wrong with them, maybe something mental, and that they only left because they didn't understand common sense. But he was very suspicious of the sudden move and thought that the leave could possibly mean that something sneaky was happening that he didn't know about.
Sighing, Calum made his way down the busy streets of Hogsmeade with his hands in his pockets and his black hoodie over his head, looking directly at the ground. He hated going to Hogsmeade but it was an excuse to get out of the castle and get some fresh air. He had no friends to hang out with but it didn't really bother him much. He preferred to be alone to think about stuff that he wouldn't dare talk about with to anyone - not even his father. He liked his own company and that was probably the best thing about himself. He sat down on the edge of a nearby bench away from a group of girls gossiping in front of the Honeydukes window and retrieved his wand from his robes before twirling it around in his fingers. He wondered what would happen if he decided to hex one of them.
