Enchanted

[Eden Silverback]

Eden took a step back from her younger sister Lilith. Eden had been working on Lilith's hair and make up for hours. In under an hour Eden's baby sister would be a married women and Eden would no longer be bugged with offers for Lilith. Eden had to admit that her sister made a beautiful bride. The wedding was a small family one. Eden had wanted to have one that had half the wizarding world there but Lilith had said that she didn't want that. Eden had been unable to get Koaru and Haruhi to agree to come. Something was going on with the Koshiba. Her father had taken a mistress if the rumors where to be listened to. Even if that was the case Haruhi normally showed up on her husbands arm with a smile on her face.

Shaking her head Eden pushed the thoughts away. Ever since Lilith had taken the last name of Le Fey Koaru had been cold to her and Haruhi tended to do whatever it was that Koaru did. It was there lose, Eden hadn't had anyone at her wedding and the next wedding would be Hoshi's and Hisoka's. Speaking of which Hoshi should be here any moment. "Alright little one your are perfect you can look." Eden said going to unlock the door so that people could come in.

 

[Lilith Patil]

This was all a dream. A very wonderful dream. There was no way that it could be true. Any moment now the gentle voice of Morgan Le Fey telling her that it was time to wake up and get ready to return to Hogwarts. Instead of that Lilith heard the voice of her sister telling her that she was perfect. Opening her eyes Lilith let out a gasp. Her dress was everything that she had dreamed of and more. Lilith couldn't believe that this was finally happening. After all the planning and the fear of something going wrong it was almost time.

"Thank you Eden. I don't know what I would do without you and Elvera." Lilith knew this might be one of the last moments she ever spent with her sister. A few months back Lilith had applied to the Ministry for a job as an Auror and if she got the job than Eden would never again talk to her. Looking into the mirror again Lilith could see that Eden had done her makeup so that Lilith's eyes where even brighter than before. Hearing the door unlock Lilith stayed in her seat she had time before she had to stand and she was going to use it to rest. Looking at the door Lilith hoped that her other sisters would be here soon. She was sure that her sisters would look stunning in there yellow dresses. It was Lilith's favorite color and she wanted everything to be very bright and happy.

 

[Morgan Le Fey]

Morgan knocked on the door before she opened it though she had heard the lock click and knew the girls were ready. "girls are you nearly done. everyone is ready" she said a not of exitement in her voice. her little girl was getting married. she was allowed to be exited. the last few months had been frantic trying to make sure everything was perfect for Liliths special day. there were some things that weren't perfect, she knew lilith had wanted mr and mrs koshiba to be there for her but unfortunately they had refused to come. however the most manic had been this last few days. she had shut the eye for a week so that she could attend without leaving any of the family to keep an eye on the shop. now she was in europe.
As her eyes landed on her daughter a huge exited smile crossed her face. "Lilith you look absolutely perfect" she said giving her daughter a hug being sure not to mess up her hair or smudge her make up. "there is just one thing missing" she said taking a small box out of her bag. and handing it to lilith. "something old something new something borrowed something blue. I think this covers old and blue" she said inside the box was a blue and diamond hair comb. "your great aunt wore this to her wedding. I am pretty sure it is goblin made" she said making a fuss of Lilith. today was her big day. however soon elvera was there doing the same and she gave Eden a hug. "Eden you too look beautiful." she said.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera followed her mother up the stairs to the room where eden and Lilith were getting ready. she paused briefly on the landing as a wave of pain went through her stomach. she had had some pain potion hoping that it would keep it at bay for today but no. it was less intense than it would otherwise be but she still felt it. once it had gone a moment later she moved across the landing following her mothers foot steps. and entering the room. "Lilith, you look like a fairy princess" she said when she saw her sister. it was true. Lilith really looked like she had walked out of a fairytale. Morgan was bustling over Lilith. she smiled and rolled her eyes at eden who pulled off yellow much better than she did. she let her mother have her time. Eden hadn't let anyone know about her marriage until after and If family tradition was anything to go by she wouldn't be getting married. so let morgan have her mother-of-the-bride time. she would be the one giving Lilith away today as there was no farther.
a moment later she too had joined in the excitement. she may as well forget about her pains and just prey they stayed at bay and enjoy the day. she looked over her sisters shoulder as the comb was reviled. She had never seen it before, it was beautiful and she wondered where morgan had kept it as she had never sen it before. maybe in her room hidden somewhere. by now morgan had moved over to Eden and she hugged her little sister "well little sis. everyone is waiting to see how amazing you look. praneil especially." she said. she had seen her soon to be brother-in-law just before she had come up and he had asked her to pass a message on. "He said, he doesn't know how it takes you so long to look pretty, you look beautiful all the time. even when you have just come back from training. and he will be waiting for you at the front for however long it takes" she said hoping that she had said it right. she then gave her sister another hug. "would you like me to put it in?" she asked gesturing to the hair pin.

 

[Lilith Patil]

Everything was perfect. With her mom and Elver there the only person they where missing was Hoshi but she should be there any moment. As her mom gave her a hug Lilith felt a million times better. Even if Koaru and Haruhi had showed up Lilith had decided months ago that she wanted her mom to give her away. Eden had agreed with her choice. Of course since Lilith was the baby and this was her day who was really going to tell her anything other than what she wanted to hear? As Morgan opened a box and showed her the comb Lilith let out a happy sigh. It matched Lilith's dress perfectly. "It's so pretty thank you mom." Lilith said looking over at Eden. Her older sister looked stunning as always but she had toned it down so that Lilith was the star of the show. Granted Lilith was blonde and everyone else in her wedding party had darker hair so it made it easy to do.

"Yes please Elvera. I am so nerves I think I would mess up all of Eden's careful work. I can't believe how pretty you look in yellow. I knew it would look good on you but wow." Lilith said pleased that everyone looked so pretty. Hearing what Praneil said Lilith rolled her eyes. "He is so silly." Lilith couldn't wait to see him. She wanted this to hurry up and be done with but at the same time she was loving every moment that she was in the spotlight.

 

[Eden Silverback]

Eden smiled when her twin and mom walked in. When Lilith had first told them that she was getting married. Eden had gotten down to work. Lilith had wanted a princess wedding and Eden had made sure that happened. With a few phone calls they had cleared out Windsor Castle and right at that moment the throne room was filling up with friends and family. The hardest thing had been Lilith's dress. They had looked everywhere for ideas and than gotten to work. It was handmade and it made Lilith look gorgeous. When Praneil saw her if he was not going to recognize her. Looking at the hair comb that Morgan had brought in Eden gasped it was perfect. "Yes Elvera I left a place at the base of her crown for flowers but that will bring out the color of her eyes even better." Eden gave Elver a closer once over. She blushed when her mom said she looked pretty. "Thanks mom but this is Lilith's day so I toned it down a lot. Elvera your glowing is there something that your hiding from us?" Eden asked in a teasing voice pointing to her sisters flat stomach.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera had seen where Eden had left the space and nodded to her sister. before picking up the comb and placing it in liliths hair. "there you go princess." she said she couldn't keep the beaming smile of her face. She was so exited for today. she had seen it coming for a long time. and everything was working out better than imagined. she couldn't quite believe how perfect everything was working. it was even sunny which was rare for england (she knew as that was where she had grown up) and she didn't know how even had managed to get the palace for the wedding but it was perfect. with the hair comb in place she stepped back so morgan and eden could see Lil. just then two things happened at once, firstly another wave of pain tore through her stomach and she instinctively placed her hand there and leaned forward slightly to lessen it. secondly Eden asked if she was hiding anything. with a family full of seers nothing stayed hidden for long. even if the hider didn't know. she removed her hands and stood straight again her pained expression changing quickly back to a smile. "not that i know of. I just keep getting stomach cramps, I had pain potion this morning but they seem to be refusing to go away" she said, she hadn't quite heard 100% of what eden said (i.e. that she was glowing implying that she was asking if she was pregnant) but answering it almost adequately.

 

[Morgan Le Fey]

Morgan watched as lil opened the box and smiled t her response. "I am glad you like it." she said as elvera fixed it in her hair in the perfect spot. "wow your really do look like a princess, and would fit right in in this palace" she said as she wondered once again what eden had done to secure such a prestigious venue. how much it much have cost. but she didn't dare ask. trusting edens contacts and partially glad that she hadn't had to pay as the shop still wasn't bringing in much money if any and most months it was hard just to get the books to balance, and although Elvera salary from the school was better now she was head of divination, it still had to feed her nettie and glyph, and clothe her Elvera, sapphire, ruby and nettie. and any extra went into the girls allowances or housekeeping. anyway. now was not a time to think about money.
"If that is toned down I had better keep a watch out if you tone up" she said laughing slightly the excitement of the day making her a little light headed. when Eden mentioned about elvera glowing she looked at her eldest daughter. "you are right you do seem to bee glowing slightly" she said eyes clanging at her stomach she had been acting a little odd recently, and what was it she had had this morning? she was pretty sure she hadn't been seeing anyone. but he gear before she had been pretty close to that greek professor, maybe she had been keeping their relationship a secret. she tried to focus her. out of her daughters Elvera was the one she was best at seeing followed by Lilith but right now she couldn't get anything there was just too much energy around the place. at elveras response she put her hand on her shoulder. "If there is anything you want to tell me then talk away" she said knowing that elvera will at least wait until after the wedding. she looked at her watch and looked at the group. "have you heard from Hoshi?" she asked wondering when the last girl would be here.

 

[Hoshi Icchihara]

Hoshi felt a little out of place here. Eden was here because this was her little sister and Lilith had asked her to come was well but still she felt out of place. This was not her family, not really anyway. Eden and Lilith where of course but things had seemed to tense with Eden ever since she took on her new last name. She felt it more since she had been trapped in the room to drain all the poisons from her system her mind becoming sharper by the day. The only one that would seem worried by this would be Lilith who had never really liked her all that much but had said something about wanting all of her family at her wedding. Hoshi was waiting outside by the alter in the yellow dress that she had been bought. For Eden's first wedding she had chosen the white dress she wanted to ware while for Haruhi's she had forced to ware pink. Sunako had not needed to her ware anything in particular so she had warn something that looked classy. With make-up covering the withdrawn look about her eyes Hoshi looked as perfectly cat like as ever. Hoshi with her hands around the flowers that where for her waited for the precedings to start knowing that she really didn't belong here at all.

 

[Praneil Patil]

Praneil was exited. he was looking forward to today. Today he was going to marry the girl he loved, the most beautiful girl in the world. He was standing in the front of the thrones in Westminster palace. besides him was his best friend from his childhood Keval, and his mother and farther although his parents had not been happy with him to begin with they had started to understand what was going on and once they had met the rest of Liliths family they were almost okay with it. also next to him was his uncle. the man who had convinced his farther to let him go though with marrying Lilith. reminding him how he had also said no to an arranged marriage. he looked around the immaculately decorated room it was beautiful. however he could see his mother looking around a little confused with the lack of colour. guessed in a bright sari she stood out against the rest of the crowd. he waited looking at the crowd. there were quite a few people there, some from high families in the wizarding world. he looked at keval. He knew that this was the biggest surprise he knew he hadn't left india before and now he had traveled through fire places to europe and was the best man in a wedding so unlike any he would have attend before. "are you okay there" he asked in a whisper as that sounded right in the circumstances. he was replied with a smile and nod "yes. this is amazing" came the reply from the only muggle guest in the hall, the best man. he saw one of the bridesmaids stand at the front and quickly glanced to the back of the hall before remembering that he was meant to look to the front until Lilith was next to him. however the sound from the crowed and absence of the wedding march meant that it was a false alarm and she wasn't there yet. he let out a breath that he didn't know he was holding as the rest of the halls conversation continued.

 

[Eden Silverback]

A soft buzzing in Eden ear caused her to raise her hand to her right ear. Hearing Hoshi's voice inform her that all the guests had been checked and everyone was in place Eden whispered her thanks and looked at her family. Going over to Lilith Eden gave her one last go over to make sure her hair was perfect and that her make up was still flawless. "Alright Hoshi is in place. The flowers girls are going to go. I will go next, Elvera you will go ten seconds after I go. Mom Lilith count to twenty. If you lost count don't worry there are maids in place to make sure that you don't miss your cue." Eden said all this as she did one last check of Aine and Scarlet. Kida was already downstairs with the guests.

With a wave of her wand the double doors opened and out walked the two little flower girls dropping rose petals. Eden gave her wand another wave and the sounds of the wedding march started to play. Just like Lilith it was soft and sweet. It would get louder once Lilith and Morgan entered. Taking her place Eden walked out carrying the pink and white roses that went with the bridesmaids. As she took her place Eden gave her soon to be brother in law a small smile. They had already had a talk and Praneil knew that if he ever hurt Lilith again her face would be the last face he would ever see.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera smiled at her family. It was going to be a good say and she wasn't going to let anything especially stomach pains stop it from being so. All too soon Eden said that hoshi was in place and it was time to head out. Standing by the door she heard the music start as Eden mad ever appearence preying that she would at least make it down the aisle without drawing attention to herself do to pain she counted to ten and followed in the twins footsteps. She could see many people were there, she had invited her grandmother and aunt and cousin, morgause, Gwen and maya respectively, and she could see who could only be praneils family on the other side. And there was cyndi, and many other people who she recognised. She also saw how fantastic eden had decoratd the room. She would remember to tell her later but now wasnt a time to talking.
Thankfully by now she was at the front she smiled at Praneil and his best man as she took her place pain free next to Eden ready to watch Morgan and most importantly of all Lilith approach.

 

[Morgan Le Fey]

Morgan heard eden say that everything was ready to go ahead. she gave each of her daughters a hug. as well as Aine and Scarlet. she waited behind the doors at Liliths side. watching as each of the girls had their turn Aine and Scarlett accompanied by Nettie, then Eden went walking the aisle Next Elvera left and 20 seconds later she and Liliths made their way to the front. she could feel everyone watching her, except they weren't watching her at all they were watching the beautiful young lady walking beside her she smiled as the wedding march rang out. she had never had a wedding herself, and she had never attended her sisters wedding, this being the case she was so happy that her daughters had a chance at a proper wedding. "you are doing great. and I couldn't be more proud of you" she said as they were half way down just loud enough for Lilith to hear. when they reached the front she smiled at the vicar and her soon to be son-in-law and his family. not sure what to do she stood there and waited for the ceremony to start.

[Lilith Patil]

This was the moment that Lilith had been waiting forever for. Everyone was in place and all eyes would soon be on her. As the doors opened and Lilith stepped out with her mother she found the eyes of Praneil and she could feel her heart pick up. Giving Morgan's hand a squeeze Lilith nodded her head. She didn't know what to say. When they reached the front Lilith let go of her mom. Eden's husband Alex was standing next to Morgan offering her his arm so that he could take her to her seat. Handing her flowers over to Eden, Lilith placed her hands in Praneil's and the music stopped. The lights in the church went out and the drapes where pulled back so that the sun shone into the room. Outside it was snowing but Lilith knew that it was another trick of Eden's.

Turning to look at the Vicar Lilith felt her heart start to pound when he started to talk. Lilith Ashing Le Fey do you take Praneil Paliv Patil as your lawful wedded husband? Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others keep yourself only for him so long as you both shall live? Lilith turned her eyes away from the Vicar and looked deep into Praneil. "I do" Lilith said loud enough for everyone to hear her. When the Vicar turned to Praneil and asked him the same thing Lilith couldn't stop looking at the man who would soon be her husband. She knew that no matter what she had found her soul mate and she would never love another as much as she loved Praneil.

 

[Praneil Patil]

he hurd it again. the hush come ovr the croud. he saw keval turn beside him and nod as if to say its begining. Praneil turned around in time to see the little girls walking down the aisle they were cute and he could see his mother smiling widely at them. then came one of her sisters. When the first sister reached him he nodded and returned her smile knowing that it was more than a simple smile welcome to the family it also contained the threat hurt my sister and your dead. the next sister came all in yellow and he smiled, she seemed a lot less threataning he returned this welcome to the family smile as well. however just then a gasp went through the audience as the doors opened for a third time this time his heart stopped a beat and his breath caught in his throat. she really was beautiful. she was always beautiful but whatever her sister had done had just made her look even more so. his eyes locked on hers as she walked not even registering the comment from Keval on how she looked amazing and he knew how to pick them. then the lichts went out and instead the room was filled with bright sunlight. this he did hear a remark from his best man. "but its snowing not sunny" being a muggle he was still getting used to the magic in the ceromony. but in the whole he was doing an amazing job. he took his place beside lilith taking her hands and facing her as the music stopped. he wanted to hold her there and kiss her but he waited until the vicar spoke. starting off with dearly belovid, and a talk on the values of marrage mraneil was paying to much attention to his bride for much of anything alse to take his mind however when he said "Praneil Paliv Patil do you take Lilith Ashling Le Fey as your lawful wedded Wife? Will you love Her, comfort her, honor and keep hey, in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others keep yourself only for her so long as you both shall live?" Paneil nodded his head and spoke loud and clearly "I do, I do" he said repeating it twice for the sake of his mother, uncle, best man and other family members. he could not be any happyer than he was now Marrying the girl who he knew he would spend the rest of his life with his sole mate. then he turned to keval who stepped forward with the rings. With this ring I thee wed, with my body I thee worship, and all my worldly goods I give" he said placing the ring on her finger. a moment later the vicors voice came again. "you may now kiss the bride" praneil didn't need to be told again. he let go of her hand instead putting his arms around her and holding her and he kissed her. his wife, his soulmate, his other half.

 

[Lilith Patil]

Lilith knew that everyone was looking at her. She had heard a few people gasp when they first saw her. Not to mention the amount of charm work that Eden did to make it snow on a sunny day. When Praneil said that he did twice Lilith knew that he was saying it in Hindi so that his mom could understand him. She had met her in-laws a couple of times and they had been so nice to her. She was the luckiest girl in the world. Looking at the ring that Praneil was putting on her finger Lilith felt tears start to build up in her eyes. Taking a ring from Eden, Lilith slipped it on Praneil's finger. "With this ring I thee wed, with my body I thee worship, and all my worldly goods I give." As they where pronounced husband and wife. Lilith felt Praneil's arms pull her close and kiss her. When there lips touched Lilith heard Eden whisper something. The next moment she felt pink rose petals fall down around them.

When Praneil let her go. Lilith took her flowers back from Eden as they where introduced to the church as husband and wife. Lilith could see Eden carefully wiping away tears. They would go to the dining hall from here where they would eat and dance the night away. "I love you Praneil." Lilith said looking at her best friend and now husband.

 

[Praneil Patil]

Praneil saw tears forming in Liliths eyes. There is no need to cry princess I'll look after you he whispered for just her to hear. before she to placed a ring on his finger as they kissed flowers rained down on them, the perfect moment in anyones wedding was perfect in this one too. he had to give it to Eden, she knew how to organise a wedding. all to soon they had to break apart and they were announced and presented man and wife "I love you Lilith each day forever more than its yesterday and less than its tomorrow" he said kissing her again for good measure.
He took Liliths arm the way a gentleman should and looking at the audience for the first time since the beautiful lady next to him entered he saw his mother and the rest of his family wiping away tears and smiling at them, and then he looked at Liliths family, her mum and sisters were doing the same. it seemed like that was what lays did at weddings. he escorted her out to the ballroom where the reception would be held. a fine meal then a night of dancing would be followed by their honeymoon and the rest of their lives together.

 

[Professor Cyndi Kingsley]

The fact that she had witnessed several weddings, including her own, made no difference to the former Gryffindor's eyes. Each and every wedding she had ever attended resulted in her pulling out a napkin at some point and dabbing at her mascara-ed eyes. Thankfully, the woman had come upon a waterproof mascara that made it unnecessary for her to perform a drying charm on her face. Sitting on the bride's side, the professor kept a smile on her face as she looked towards the front where her former student stood with her husband, performing in one of the most intimate acts a couple could engage in. The professor wished that her husband was sitting beside her, wished that she could hold his hand and give it a little squeeze as the couple in front professed their love for each other forevermore.

Crumpling the napkin in her manicured hand, the woman dropped her hand onto her teal dress. She uncrossed her legs at the ankle, shifting as she got ready to stand up and head to the reception. She had no plans on staying because she had to get back and relieve her brother who was home with Noah at the moment. She would have been more nervous had she not known that Cameron was going to be home before she got there. Her brother sometimes got sidetracked with his own things. As she walked, the woman spotted her current colleague and another former student, two of her favorite people. She beelined towards them, eager to say hello to the student she no longer saw anymore. "Eden...you did such a good job of preparing all of this" she complimented as she had heard from Elvera that Eden had been in charge of preparing everything. She gave her former student a long hug and stepped back, a smile on her face as she made some small talk.

 

[Eden Silverback]

Everything had gone perfectly. As soon as Lilith was pronounced Praneil's wife Eden had watched Hoshi slip away. As the newly wed couple led the way to the reception hall Eden waved her wand once more so that the falling flowers stop. The snow also stopped as well. There would be more surprises but Eden would keep them a secret until the last moment. Seeing Professor Kingsley had showed up Eden swept over to her with Elvera close by her side.

Eden hugged her old Professor back and blushed slightly at her comments. "Thanks Proerr Cyndi. I had a lot of fun. Lilith is the baby and I wanted to make her feel like a Princess. Now we just have to wait until Elvera finds the right guy and I can plan a wedding for her." Eden said knowing that Elvera had said she wasn't going to get married but hoping her sister was wrong. "Thank you for coming. Where's the baby?" Eden asked hoping she could meet the little one. The last time she had seen Cyndi she had been pregnant.
