Following the events of ConSerned
After being led to the shores of New Zealand by the compass-like feature of Aeon's enchanted ring, which would point him in the direction of his twin, it became obvious to both he and Kida that Sern was in another country all together. The pair doubled back, returning to the witches home in Brightstone Village. From there, they entered Kida's fireplace tucked at the back of her library and took the Floo network to her residence in Tuscany, disappearing into a burst of emerald flames. Their only real lead had been the hope that Alexander, the twins father, had moved back to Italy, the home country of his parents. From there, the compass had a stronger pull. Alas, the ring took them further still, the cousins flying across Italy under the concealment of disillusionment charms, then through the skies of Switzerland and France.
They continued across the English Channel when finally, after hours of flying, the pair descended into the village of Barrowick, a wizarding community in England, for a much needed break. They were so close now, but a quick stretch and bite to eat wouldn't hurt. As their feet touched solid ground, the disillusionment charms shimmered away and Aeon and Kida were visible once more, the chameleon like effects now ceased. Aeon dismounted his broom and shifted it to the strap across his back, securing it in place. His stomach rumbled. The last thing he'd had was a cup of tea at Kida's house, which had been a good deal of hours ago now, he wasn't even sure how long they'd been flying exactly.
After quickly shaking out the numbness in his legs to ensure he didn't collapse from their lack of use over the past several hours, the wizard turned to his companion. "Alright, I'm going to go look around for some food and coffee. Hopefully something is open this early. I'll meet you back here in five, yeah?" Aeon said aloud, his mouth dry from lack of food and drink. It had been roughly eleven in the morning when the two had left Kida's house. After traveling to Tuscany, they'd exited the fireplace straight into the dead of night. Judging by the little activity in the town, along with the lazily rising sun, they'd spent the entire night flying. He thought it was probably about six or seven now. Trudging into the town, Summers set out to grab them both breakfast.
