Avie Mitchell wasn't sure how it had really happened, but Avie was bored, he was searching for something to do, but everyone he knew was busy, Lucien was busy, Bothie was busy, Esme was busy, all of them seemed to have respective partners they were occupied with, Marcel was somewhere but he couldn't find him, and Emily was busy too it seemed, all in all leaving Avie and Rockie to find something to do today. It was raining pretty heavily out, and after having spent his morning swimming in the cold lake collecting new and shiny rocks and then dancing around in the rain the boy had become so sufficiently wet that he'd begun shivering and thus it had prompted him into the warm school, where he'd discovered all his friends still busy doing their own thing and Avie left with nothing to do. He was leaving a little trail of water and mud as he wandered up the steps and to the fifth floor, he had nothing else to do really, and it was just the place which Avie stopped at.

Avie looked around himself, trying to think of what he could do, but nothing came to mind, he couldn't find a place to hide so that he could throw rocks at who ever just passed them, and he was just leaving a tell tail sign of a trail so it wasn't like he would be able to hide regardless. The teen looked to the wall, and decided that it was time to make his mark so within his pocket he pulled out all the rocks that he could and placed them on the ground, as he sat down next to them, going through all of them until he saw one that was sharp enough, he picked it up and then turned to the wall, slowly and purposefully dragging the rock against the walls, and very slowly carving the words, Avie & Rockie 2040 on the wall, it was taking a little bit of time, and the e was facing the right direction for once in both his name and in Rockie's. He had his tongue out as he concentrated hard, Rockie was standing beside him in the rocks he'd place on the ground, in the growing patch of wet ground around him. He had dripped so much water on the ground of the fifth floor someone was bound to trip up, and the water matted his hair, and caused shivers to wrack his body, but he was concentrating, he had to leave his mark on the school before it was too late.

Spring was supposed to be when it was getting warmer. It was supposed to start getting sunny, and people shouldn't have to be wearing jumpers anymore. Daisy was supposed to be able to run around outside, and explore all that Hogwarts had. Instead, she was stuck inside, staring miserable out the windows. Daisy could see a lot of the grounds, and she couldn't wait for a day when she could go running around them. She knew her dog would love it, there was so much open ground, and so much to explore. Daisy was going to miss Gus, and she hoped he'd be alright without her. She also hoped that her mom would continue training him, so he didn't move backwards. There also wasn't a lot of sport that could be played inside. Still, the brunette girl hadn't explored much of the castle yet. Daisy had explored all around the Seventh Floor, but there was only so many walls and doors and classrooms one could look at. The Sixth Floor was much the same, and so Daisy found herself wandering around the Fifth Floor.
Usually, Daisy was pretty good on her feet. But her head was obviously in space, in a different world as she didn't notice the water or mud on the floor. Luckily, she only slipped a little, and she managed to stay on her feet. Her eyes followed the trail of the mess, to see an older boy, surrounded by rocks, carving into the wall. Daisy was sure that it wasn't allowed, but hey, if an older student was doing it, surely she could get away with it as well! The young Gryffindor didn't really know anything about House differences, so the fact that he was Slytherin meant nothing to her. She was also quite a confident girl, and even though talking to an older student was daunting, she was sure if he told her to go away, she'd go and find somewhere else to carve her name. Daisy walked up to him, and stood next to him. "When you're done, can I have a go? Uh, Avie?" She asked, wondering who Rockie was, but assuming it wasn't this boy.

Freya let out a sigh as her plans to go out that day and explore the grounds had to be cancelled. Drops of rain kept falling from the sky and there was no way anyone would find it in their mind to go outside with weather like that, unless ofcourse they didn't mind getting soaked. After a couple of minutes of thinking the first year Hufflepuff had made a change of plans, taking up one of the books she had gotten from the library a few days earlier and made her way out of the common room. Roaming around the castle the girl made her way up and down several stairs and through hallways, stopping at a window from time to time to stare at the rain for a while.

The eleven year old girl wasn't sure of what it was exactly that she was doing. She wanted to walk round in search of a spot to read, but right now it looked more as if she was just wandering around the castle to just spend some time doing soemthing, anything really. Once she reached the fifth floor the girl noticed two people standing close to a wall a bit down the hallway. Being interested by what they were doing Freya curiously started to make her way towards them, not noticing that the floor seemed to be more wet with every step the took further into the corridor. Picking up her pace out of curiousity she had now almost reached the other people, unfortunately for her she had also reached the part of the floor where there seemed to be a big puddle of water, causing the girl to slip and within a second she was closer to the floor than she had wished to be. Sitting on the wet ground of the hallway she looked up at the people in front of her whilst her cheeks turned bright red.

Chacen Chevalier walked into the corridors, with his head held high and a typical, broad smile stretching across his face. The Part-Veela was really excited about being in Hogwarts New Zealand, and nothing could tear him apart from it. Though, something was very interesting to him. He saw an older student writing on the wall with something, and Chacen wondered, can a student write on the walls? Wait, no, as Chacen got closer, he saw that the boy was actually a prefect, and carving on the walls! Chacen was very interested, so much that he did not see the others around the prefect. Chacen walked right up to him, and tapped him on the shoulder. The boy had to be a fifth or sixth year. He asked, “Hey, whatcha writing, prefect?” He didn’t know what to call him, but he was very much interested. His smile never left, and his blue eyes almost looked like they were sparkling. He could not wait to see what he was writing, but he didn’t look either to see if it was finished or not. He looked to see other girls, and one on the floor. He smiled to them before walking to the other first year. He held out his hand to help her up, “Floors are out to get everyone, aren’t they?”
Out of Character:
Sorry for the short responses but I don't do well with regular posts with like 3 other people. XD

Avie had been carefully going over his own carving on the wall, spending time just focusing on making sure that it was absolutely correct, given that he often spelled things wrong, Avie was just trying to ensure that he got something right, his name carved on the wall wrong wouldn't be a good thing, even if the school or the professors would probably be able to magic it away, the teen was just hopeful that for a little period of time it would be written on correctly. As he brushed a hand through his soaking hair, another voice joined him, asking if they could also carve into the wall, he nodded excitedly, before looking down at Rockie who was in amongst the rest of the rocks before finding one for her, "This one should work as well," he told her, "I'm Avie, and that's Rockie," he told her motioning to his name and then himself and the rock's name and then the rock, shoving it playfully forward so that the girl could see it. He didn't think writing on the walls was actually necessarily wrong, just that most didn't do it because it didn't last but Avie was never one to just not do something.

As Avie went back to his carving he heard another voice and a crash to the floor, he glanced round and saw a young boy speaking to him and a girl on the floor, "Whoops sorry that's my fault, I went swimming!" he said as an apology before looking at the other boy, "I'm writing my name, and Rockie's name," he told him honestly, he knew it likely wasn't prefect behaviour but it was sure to be fine really. The teen grinned at all of them, specifically the one helping the other girl up, "Rockie and I were bored, not much to do when it's raining," he explained, "Do you guys want a shot?" Avie asked looking from face to face with a lingering smile on his face, he might not be having the most fun but this wasn't exactly boring either.
