Hi All! It looks like it is my turn to bring you the latest information about the goings-on of HNZ. Are you ready to catch up on all of it? No? Too bad
were doing this anyway. 
Semester One is Almost Done
Can you believe it? We are actually in the break week before exams! If you havent been keeping up with lessons, now is the time to get them done and earn your house some points!
Professors, we ask that you begin catching up on any lessons that you havent graded so that you arent overwhelmed at the end of the semester. We also ask that you set up a make-up post so that students can post their lessons. If you need any assistance, please dont hesitate to let a member of the site staff know.
Costume Contest
Thank you to everyone who participated in the costume contest, and, more importantly, RPed during the Halloween Feast! I thoroughly enjoyed lurking through the RPs that were set up there.
Points have already been awarded to the winners, but please join me in congratulating all of the contest winners.

Quidditch
The first two games of the season have already taken place! In case you didnt see, Gryffindor demolished Hufflepuff 160 -0, and the defending champions,Slytherin, took down Ravenclaw 170 -0.
The next set of games wont be for a while, but team members should feel free to get in some practices. It looks like itll be a good season.
Hogwarts Monthly
The first issue for the calendar year is up! Take a moment to read through the articles that the staff worked so hard on, and feel free to RP your character's reaction as they read.
I hear that there are some good ones in there about the Head Girl and an old Head Boy.
The Debate!
I hope that everyone has been keeping up with the election. If you havent, the debates are now [member]up and running[member]! The debate itself is closed to the reporter who is leading the debate and its participants, but that doesnt mean that you cant be involved. In fact, many of the restaurant areas around the New Zealand area have open RPs just waiting for you to post your reaction to the debates. Im hoping to see some arguments breaking out, if Im being honest.
More Shopkeepers Needed!

After agreeing to a dare from his best friend, Abel Smith, Killua pretends to be a transferee in an attempt to prove to Abel that people knew of his existence in Hogwarts New Zealand. Little did he know that his hopes of being known was going to be crushed because of his non-existent socializing skills in the past six years.</LI>

Gryffindors celebrate their victory over Hufflepuff.[/li][/ul]
