Attemtping To Fly

"Don't get hit by Bludgers..." Aiden replied with a playful smile and said softly, "I've missed you Aly..."
 
Alyssa began to laugh.

"W-wait...whats a bludger?!" Alyssa asked once she realized that she didn't know what a bludger was. When Aiden had said that he missed her Alyssa blushed.

"I've missed you too Aiden." Alyssa forwned then spoke again. "I thought Isabella was keeping you company. I told her she could have you." Alyssa said hinestly.
 
"A bludger is a ball, it isn't like a quaffle at all...Aly didn't you take flying? You should know this..." Aiden said.

Aiden shook his head and said honestly, "I spoke to her once to clear everything up, but nothing since then..." Then said, "What if I want you?"
 
"Must've forgotten." Alyssa said dismissively. To be honest she barely ever paid attention in flying lessons. She knew she wasn't any good at it and it pretty much bored her to death.

"Why would you want me..over her?" Alyssa asked with disbelief. Alyssa looked down and was instantly reminded that they were both in the air.
 
Aiden said softly, "Because you're my trooper and I...I.." Aiden wasn't sure of what to say, no one ever asked him that before, he usually was really awkward around girls, and all of this made him feel like he was back home, a nerdy 12 year old.
 
"Your just severly confused. That's all." Alyssa mutterly understandingly. she moved her broom so that she was a tad bit higher than Aiden was. She smiled down at him.

"Look, I'm geeting better already." Alyssa said happily.
 
"I doubt I'll ever be better than you." Alyssa smirked lightly and gave Aiden a cute smile.

"Eh, I guess I'll race you. But have the paramedics stand by incase." Alyssa teased knowing she still wasn't very good.
 
Alyssa smiled and nodded. She lowered her broom so that she was level and next to Aiden. She was a Slytherin, but she decided that this should be a fair race.....

"If I win I get more free lessons from you..." Alyssa told Aiden firmly. Then gripped her broom lightly.
 
Aiden chuckled and said, "If I win, you can't hate me..." Then he smiled lightly and said, "Ready? Set? Go?" A second after Aly left Aiden speed up behind her with the smallest smile as he watched her fly.
 
Alyssa turned around and waved at Aiden. As she promised if he won she wouldn't hate him. Not that she could hate him anyways. Alyssa looked foward to make sure she was still going in the right direction.

"Come Aiden, your going slow!" Alyssa teased.
 
Aiden chuckled lightly and speed up so he was now past Alyssa and said, "Okay..." Aiden decided he would have a little fun and he turned his broom around and he flew backwards, which was rather difficult, but do able.
 
"W-whoa. How are you doing that?!" Alyssa asked with disbelief. She sped her broom foward so she was even with Aiden. She made note that she was wobbling a bit so she loosened her grip a little.
 
"Not really sure, my Uncle taught me how to do it," Aiden said honestly then flipped back around which made her fall a little behind.
 
"Hey are you even aloowe to-eek!" Alyssa threw her hands up to point at Aiden but unfortunantly yook her hands off the broom. This caused Alyssa's broom to wobble grealty.

"Crud!" Alyssa snapped then grapsed her broom and steadied it once more. It was then that she noticed that she was extremely far behind.
 
Aiden came to a quick halt when he saw Aly's shakey flying. Aiden flew over to her as fast as he could and then said worridly, "Aly..are you okay?"
 
Alyssa smiled at Aiden.

"Yeah, I'm perfect now. Thanks." And with that Alyssa sped off towards the hoops. When Alyssa had seen Aiden coming to see if she was alright she plotted away to get ahead of him. Even if she appreciated his concern.

"Come on slowpoke!" She teased.
 
Aiden chuckled to himself and sped up as fast as he could and in a matter of seconds he was neck and neck with Aly. "Whose the slowpoke now Trooper?" Aiden teased.
 
"Your lucky I can't kick you right now." Alyssa warned. She noticed that they were getting closer to the hoops. But she didn't know if she could go any faster than she already was.

"Your a quick one, I'll give you that." Alyssa sped foward a bit, she knew that Aiden would catch up easily, or maybe she could trick him again. Either way...it was going to be close.
 
Aiden laughed lightly and saw the hoops and he gave a tiny smirk to no one in particular and did waves to speed him up. Aiden soon found himself right infront of the hoops and he gave them a light touch and said, "So now you can't hate me... Well you can but I'd really prefer it if you didn't..." Aiden gave her a shy smile.
 
"I wouldn't hate you anyways. You didn't do anything that bad." Alyssa said lightly. To be honest never really thought she hated anyone. But she could understand why Aiden thought she would hate him anyways.

"I only said I wanted to smack you. It doesn't mean I hate. I smack Theodore all the time. And I don't hate him." Alyssa yanked the hair scrunchie from her ponytail that continued to flap in the wind and hit her face.

"I can't believe I lost to you anyways. Wha am I supposed to tell the rest of the Slytherins now." Alyssa teased. She couldn't care less if she won of not. She was actually pretty please she made it over to the hoops alive.
 
Aiden smiled lightly and said, "Smack away..." Then laughed lightly and said, "You are supposed to say that you flew over to the hoops with a lot of speed, and that is an accomplishment." Aiden gave her a sweet smile as he said this.
 
"I don't think you want me to smack you. You'd have the red mark form it on you cheeks for quite awhile. I'd feel really bad." Alyssa admitted shyly. Alyssa didn't want to embarass Aiden...much.

"Maybe I can try out for the Quidditch team next year then. I think I'd make an awesome beater!" Alyssa faked checking out her muscles.
