The time was going already so pretty fast and Therese enjoyed every minute of her time at Hogwarts. She did missed her family home and her beloved Sweden, but this really felt like a second home already. The people she had met were all so kind and Hufflepuff was amazing. The Swedish brunette wanted to look for Rory as he had suggested when she bought her wand. He had been so kind to her and Therese would love it to see him again and get to know him more. He could become a friend perhaps, but the brunette saw people already pretty quickly as a friend. She didn't saw it as a bad thing or something that was stupid, she just liked a lot of people. When people were mean she would not be scared or angry, she saw everybody as equals and how much they tried to show how mean they could be how more Therese got interested about them.

She knew Rory was a Slytherin so decided to pay a visit to the dungeons the home of the Slytherins. Therese was curious about others and students of her age from that house. She didn't exactly knew how she could find Rory but perhaps if she didn't found him, there were people that could help her. She was sure Rory had many friends as nice as he was. As she made her way through the dungeons the darkness felt interesting, it was a bit different than the walk to Hufflepuf house. She noticed some students walking and asked for Rory at a random Slytherin student. '' Hello, do you know where Rory might be? He works in Ollivanders, that Rory.'' The brunette asked friendly with a smile at the end. She looked around if she saw him passing by.

Rory was having a pretty boring day, if he was honest, it was just dull, homework was not for him, but he was trying to use Flavio for his homework less, given how clearly people didn't like it. Though he felt like he should just to spite Amber. His hours at the store, though dull had at times been more interesting than this, perhaps there actually was something to working in a store. Mostly he was just surprised when he returned to school and with how much more boring school life could be, his quidditch kept him a little busier but he just wasn't happy with the lack of things he had to do currently. The boy was hopeful of finding himself something to do, and perhaps it just meant that he had to go find someone to hang out with, but Rory didn't think he should have to seek them out, they should want to seek him out.

As it so happened at that moment, one of the other people from his year, told him that some hufflepuff was waiting outside for him. The boy was trying to figure out which Hufflepuff would want to come see him, certainly not Amber, certainly not Tesla, but he was curious so he got up from where he was and wandered out. He was surprised but pleased that the person who awaited him was Therese, that girl he had served in Ollivanders, the boy smiled at her, with the same charming smile he was trying to master, "Hey Therese, nice to see you again," he told her with a certain degree of honesty, "Congratulations on Hufflepuff, finally someone worth in that house," he complimented her with ease. She was beautiful, there was no denying that, she was a little younger but Rory being only thirteen wasn't too much older. He smiled once more, "Want to take a walk? I can show you around this dreary place?"

The swedish brunette thought of it as very nice that the Slytherin students were able to help her. She couldn't enter the common room so it was neccesary that someone helped her. As she waited for a response or seeing the face of Rory she looked around the Dungeons. It wasn't as cozy as the Hufflepuff dorm but she didn't judged, perhaps there were people that liked this darkness. When she saw a familliar face appearing with the same smile as he had back in Ollivanders it made her quiet happy. She didn't knew the boy that good but he seemed very friendly and she would love to have him as her friend around her. He was a third year already she knew and could tell her more about Hogwarts and the lessons. She was glad to hear he was happy to see her again too, because she felt the same way. '' Hi Rory! For me the same.'' the brunette said friendly to the Slytherin boy. As she walked a bit more to Rory she reminded that perhaps he didn't knew which house she was sorted, but ofcourse he was at the sorting ceromony and he did know as it wasn't obvious with the uniform she was wearing at the moment.

The brunette herself was really happy with being in Hufflepuff and when she heard the argument he was saying after he congratulated her she was curious of his thought of her house. She wasn't mad or thought strange about he was saying because everyone should have their opinion but she couldn't hide the fact she thought Rory didn't liked Hufflepuff that much. '' Thanks! I'm really happy with the sorting result. I like Hufflepuff so far. But what do you mean with someone worth? I mean it is very nice of you to say, but what are your thoughts about Hufflepuff?'' Therese wanted to know why Rory said something like that. He ment it as a compliment for sure, but the brunette was always curious why people said certain things. She wasn't gonna like him less if they had different interests or thoughts, it was just interesting. As he suggested to take a walk so he could show something of the dreary place as he called it made her laugh a bit. She was herself positive always and made the best out of every situation but this was just funny to hear. '' I'd love to. I'm curious of this dreary place and about you.'' the brunette was pretty happy with talking to Rory. She was going to ask him anything and hoped he would be fine with that.

Rory was rather pleased that she'd actually come to see him, it was a rather interesting thing though she was a beautiful person so who was he to judge really. The boy nodded and smiled charmingly as she spoke, keeping his interest upon her as she told him how she liked it but also seemed to question why he said she was worthy and she was the only person that he really thought worthy of it, he'd met no one nice from hufflepuff until her, "Ma family is a family of Hufflepuffs, an' ah got slytherin, an' every hufflepuff I've met has been unworthy ae that hoose," He said explaining it plainly and hoping that she would see his side of it, "They've all been horrible people, an' one girl she's a muggleborn and fae what I've gather aboot her, she's a cannibal," Rory informed the girl, hoping to not put her off the house she was now in, but more to just inform her of how much he thought her worthy of the house. Rory thought highly of Hufflepuff but clear in this school it was just an awful place. Hogwarts Scotland would be better.

Rory was glad that she accepted his offer and nodded walking towards her and then motion for her to follow him, he began making his way down the hallway, "Behind us, is obviously the Slytherin dorm room," he told her, "There are a few things doon here, the potions classrooms, the duelling chambers and the kitchens," the teen told her, "Dae ye have potions in this semester or next? Ah cannae mind," He asked her with a little smile, "Dae ye have any question aboot hogwarts in general?" he asked her wondering if perhaps she wanted to know a little more about the school itself, "We can head taewards the classroom, and the duellin' chambers no far fae that," the boy explained about what they were falling, he was definitely glad to have the chance to show her around the dungeons, have the chance to run into her again. Though he had seen a number of the first years he had helped with wands, over the past few weeks at this school.

Therese was curious of his answer to know why she was the only worthy Hufflepuff. It was a compliment ofcourse and Therese didn't thought of it as strange of him to say but perhaps there happend something why he didn't liked the house. As she looked at him while he told his family was full with Hufflepuffs she didn't expected that. Therese her mother was a Ravenclaw and she didn't mind she wasn't in that house and her mother wouldn't too. She was curious what Rory his parents thought of his house, she didn't even cared about a house, colour of skin or language. She liked most of the people and liked personalities the most. '' Thanks for telling me, I don't judge you have to know that. Do you like it in Slytherin or do you wanted to be in Hufflepuff just as your family?'' Therese wasn't gonna tell her opinion because that didn't matter, she liked to listen to others and if they wanted to know her opinion they could ask her. It was okay that Rory thought like this, because she knew not everyone liked eachother but she wanted to believe people did like eachother. Therese her eyebrow raised when she heard cannibal, she didn't knew what to think of what Rory told her but she liked mugglebloods as much as witches and wizards. '' I don't know who you mean, but I don't get it?'' Therese said friendly to Rory. It wasn't that important she thought so walked along with him to get her tour.

She listened as Rory explained behind here was the Slytherin dorm and she was curious how it looked but ofcourse it was forbidden for her. Therese could understand Rory with his accent pretty good and hoped he would understand her too she guessed he would. '' Next semester I will have potions, is it fun?'' she asked to Rory who would have potions already. It was nice of him to ask if she had questions about Hogwarts, because still it was very new and so big. But Therese found her way along the castle pretty good so far. She was sure she was gonna lost a few times but that wasn't that bad, she could always ask somebody to help her. '' I haven't been in the duellin chambers, so love to see it. Thanks!'' the girl said friendly in return. She was glad to visit Rory because he was nice to her and could show here around. Ofcourse there was Beaubelle and Sofia to help her but making friends was something the brunette loved and to get to know interesting Rory was something she wanted.

Rory was glad when she took his answer but didn't seem to mind what he'd said, of course it had been simple in his explanation, "Ah would've been a hufflepuff had a gone tae school back hame, but here, am happy wae slytherin," Rory told her, clearly thinking less of this school, and it was evident in his tone. Bringing up the girl who obviously ate people wasn't maybe the brightest thing to do, but he thought it was important to bring out, he'd never actually gotten anyone to say that she did different, and there were only a few people he would believe if they did actually say anything about it. He didn't know how to explain it to her, "She's just weird, stay away fae her," he told her easily, thinking it easier to just tell her to avoid the girl should she run into her, rather than actually explaining it, because he couldn't. There was no way of explaining it without probably making him look bad, but that was simply because people didn't actually see it and she was a good liar.

Showing Therese the dungeons was a rather easy thing to do, and he nodded at he reply, "Potions is great, the professors a bit weird, but the lesson itself isnae bad," Rory told her, and motioned to it, "There are two professors but the second wan teaches older students, so no us," though that professor would be teaching Rory sooner than they would teaching Therese, but that didn't. The girl's interest in the duelling chamber was a given, while the kitchen was useful, it wasn't as fun as the duelling chamber which had more interesting things on as the year progressed. The teen smiled at her, "Course," he replied, pointing down a certain corridor and began walking down that corridor, "Wit classes dae ye like so far?" he asked, making light conversation as they walked down the hallway, to the duelling chamber. When they got to it, he held the door open to her, "We cannae dae anythin' in here, cause you arenae old enough tae, but doesnae mean we can't look at it, whit dae ye think?" the teen asked her as he held the door open to her.

It was special when you thought about it to be friends with the person that sold your wand. And Therese exactly thought about it that way, it was nice and really true that everywhere you went you could make friends for life. The brunette hoped that she and Rory could become good friends and they could do fun r things together. She was wondering how his other friends might be and Therese was sure she would like them. As she listened to what Rory had to say she nodded. He was from Scotland ofcourse and there you had a Hogwarts too, it made her suspicious why he didn't go to that school. '' I'm glad you are happy with the house you are in. But why did you or your parents chose the Hogwarts at New Zealand instead of the ones close to home?'' Therese hoped Rory wouldn't mind her curiousity, she always was like this asking stuff of why people did things or thought about things, she loved hearing other stories. For herself it was a free choice, her father went to Durmstrang what was more close to Sweden and her mother went to the exact same school as she was in right now. It was a free choice but her father didn't liked Durmstrang that much. Therese knew all of her aunts and uncles went to Durmstrang, and some to Hogwarts. Therese had the feeling that Rory didn't really knew or wanted to say more about that girl from Hufflepuff and Therese didn't exactly needed to know more. She didn't need much info about others, she liked to experiance from her own without judging. So she just nodded at Rory.

When they were walking through the dungeons Therese looked around her to not miss a piece. When Rory talked about potions she looked at him and was curious how she would like potions. '' I'm curious about that Professor now. It sounds like a fun class! What are your favorite classes Rory?'' Therese asked the older boy and was curious where his passion laid. She herself liked Herbology the most so far, but next semester there would be a lot of classes more. And just when she thought about it Rory asked her the same question. So the brunette smiled at him and answered. '' I really like Herbology so far. I've joined the Wild Patch too recently. And Charms is nice too.'' When they were walking to the Duelling chamber it was just our of curiousity. The girl was sure she didn't liked dueling, because she didn't want to harm others it sounded as nothing for the girl. And when he said they could enter but not do anything Therese showed him a smile. '' I would like to look. But that is fine, I'm not really into duelling after all I guess.'' And when Rory hold the door open for her she set a foot inside of the room.

Rory smiled at Therese, though at her question it became almost a little strained, he didn't particularly want to go into the story about why he was here, but she was asking about it, and perhaps it wouldn't be a bad thing to tell her the truth about it, "Ma older sister wis at Hogwarts in Scotland, and she got sick wae some magical bug and she died, so ma da freaked oot and started goin on aboot how hogwarts wasnae safe for his first son, and he telt me that I'd be goin tae Hogwarts half way aroond the world," Rory explained to her with a slight shrug, most people would focus on the fact that his sister had died, but Rory though he did miss her, thought of it more as a huge inconvenience to him and his education, had she just managed to not get sick and die he might not have had to go to this school and he would've ended up in the right house. That to him was the black and white of it. He would lose it with his father if his brother got to stay in Hogwarts for his education, they should both have to suffer, his youngest sister didn't matter at all.

The professor that she was curious about, he was sure would be the type that she might like. He was weird to Rory, sure, the classes weren't too difficult but they were occasionally pretty weird, he was just weird. It had mellowed out slightly he thought, but with first years that could not be said. Trying random potions, the song, just no. As for his favourite classes, Rory had to really think about it, he didn't much like school, and he didn't like classes, "I dunno, ah guess I like transfiguration or charms," he replied with a shrug, "Ah like castin' magic, listening tae professors drone on, nah," he told her, though he didn't hope that she'd think him dumb or something, he just didn't like that kind of class. Really he didn't like most classes, but that was beside the point. She liked herbology and the wild patch, that was certainly interesting, "Charms get better," he told her with a small smile, "I'm on the slytherin quidditch team, but that's aboot all I dae," Rory told her but there was a small smile on his face as he said it, a pride in his tone about it. The teen let her in the room before him and just let her wonder around, "Ye can just watch, that can be as fun, and ye might find ye like it when you get to gee it a try," Rory told her, "Dae ye have any questions aboot the place?"

Therese had no shame in asking questions and she would also respect the answer if people didn't want to answer them. She was just curious at people and wanted to let them know they could talk to her or with her. When Rory told her why he wasn't going to Scotland the brunette didn't expected such a story and felt pity for the family. '' Oh I'm sorry.. to hear that. It must be pretty hard for you and your family. Did you have a good connection with your sister?'' the brunette said sweet to her friend. If he was done talking about this she would also respect that but sometimes it was better to talk about it, because otherwise you would forget the good memories. She herself missed her favorite aunt too and Sofia and Gabriel didn't liked to talk about it but Therese wanted to remember her great aunt.

Rory told he liked transfiguration and charms and Therese already got both classes so knew where he was talking about. She prefered charms over transfiguration for sure. The brunette could understand Rory she liked action also more, but didn't hated lecture that much. '' Wow your on the Quidditch team! That is awesome. I will totally gonna look one time. Which position do you play? '' Therese was glad Rory told this to her, so she could get to know him better. It was nice to know what he did like to do. Rory seemed proud of this place in the quidditch team and Therese thought that was very cute to see. She tried to think of some things she wanted to know about Hogwarts. '' What is your favorite spot around Hogwarts?''
Therese asked to Rory, since perhaps that would be a nice place to go next.
