Cyzarine had decided after a slice of cake and finding the first person that she would head outside, the great outdoors were the place to be when it was as sunny and nice as it currently was. The Gryffindor was sure she'd find at least one of the people that she was looking for out there. It would be difficult to pin anyone down in a school as big as the one they all shared so she'd ask for several names in specific areas and try her luck in more specific places later. At the grounds, she spotted an older girl, and had been told by the last person she had spoken to that this person was another girl that she was looking for, Analei Louw, "Analei Louw!" the girl called out, "Wait up!" she added as she skipped her way over to the girl, the yellow dress she'd worn perfect for skipping, "I have a beautiful rose for you," she added hoping that would encourage the girl to not move away so quickly.

The last year's Valentines hadn't gone exactly as Analei had planned. She had sent another rose this year, and she had signed it, but she didn't write any cheesy poems. If Edmund found it weird, she could just say she totally thought she had sent a yellow - oops. Still, she was trying to keep her mind off of the whole day. Analei sat against a tree, trying to focus on a Charm they were going to be learning soon, but had read the same sentence twice. People were flitting all around and getting roses and she couldn't help but wonder if Edmund had gotten hers yet. Sitting outside was a bad idea, so Analei packed her things, deciding to head to the library. As she was walking, she heard someone call her name, and she turned around, smiling as a younger girl said she had a rose for her. "Sure." She replied, moving her bag onto her shoulder so she could take the rose.

Cyzarine held out the beautiful yellow rose she had for the girl, and was a little in awe as she looked at the girl, she was older than Cyzarine was, "You're really pretty!" she complimented as she waited for Analei to take the rose, she had to imagine that the rose and the note were from someone who deeply cared about her. She was sure to have boys tripping up over her. But, in all of these thoughts, Cyzarine had almost forgotten that with the rose came a little note. She fished into her basket and pulled out the note that went along, "And don't forget the note,"
Dear Analei,
I’m glad we’re friends again. You’re a nice person, and I admire how smart you are.
Love,
Emilia

Analei felt her cheeks blush when the younger girl complimented her, and she ducked her head slightly. "Thank you." She responded, before reaching forward and taking the rose. Analei knew she wasn't ugly, but she'd hardly heard a compliment like that before. She was a little confused as to who had sent her the rose, thinking maybe it had been Arvel, but thankfully the girl then handed her the note. Analei beamed when she saw who the rose was from, before carefully tucking it into her bag. "Thank you - er - what is your name?"

The rose that this older girl had gotten had clearly been good, there was a little smile on her face that Cyzarine was loving. She was a little surprised when the girl asked her her name, "Happy to! I'm Cyzarine Haden," Cyzarine said with a bright smile, she was enjoying the event so much that she couldn't wipe the smile from her face, it was just so nice and fun to do the roses, to meet new people and interact with so many people she had never met before.

The girl seemed so friendly and positive - her positivity was practically radiating out of her. Analei couldn't help but smile. "Haden... related to Professor Haden at all?" Analei asked curiously. She hoped the girl wouldn't mind her asking.

The girl nodded at the question, "He's my dad!" Cyzarine said with a bright tone, a wide smile on her features. She didn't mind talking about her dad, she was maybe new in his life, but they were spending time together and he didn't mind at all that she was telling pretty much everyone that they were related. She was also really enjoying having a parent at the school with her, it just made her feel more comfortable.
