A Garden Stroll

Harri laughed "Well I'm second year Gryffindor," she said the last word with extreme pride "And I guess thats it really, nothing really special about me, not very clever," she said laughing "But this schools fantastic, I live in England so it's nice to get away from home while I'm here, escape from the rain!" she said smiling and thinking they would all now how awful the rain could be, especially in scotland.

Alex smileed. 'Hey, don't insult the rain. The rains special. Gives us water so there,'Alex said smiling with pride that they had more rain than New Zealnd.

Harri laughed "I'm not insulting the rain," she said rolling her eyes in a jokey way, "Just saying it's nice to get away from it sometimes," she said grinning, "Anyway we do get rain here, just in smaller doses," she said.

Alex laughed. 'Exactly. Our rain likes us back there,'he said pointing in a direction where he thought back home would be.

Harri put her hands on her hips, "What do you mean 'our' rain?" she said pretending to be huffy, "I live there too," she said sticking her tongue out.

Alex alughed. 'Our meaning Scotlands. Honestly, girls.'Alex said rolling his eyes and sticking his tongue out at her.

Harri imated him "honestly boys." she said rolling her eyes then laughing. "So good old Scotland ehh? Is it really different from here?" she asked indicating the castle.

Alex laughed at her imatation of him and smiled. 'Umm, not really. We got more spiders than you though'he said smiling, having to point that fact out.

"EWWWWWWW," Harri squeled "I hate spiders there disgusting!" she said a shiver running down her spine at the thought of them, "Especially the big ones, I found one in my dorm once it was huge," she said making a little circle with her fingers to show the size of it.

Alex laughed as Harri squealed. he rolled his eys at her phobia of them. 'I can't beleive you have arachnophobia,'he joked. He copied her circle with his hands, even thoguh it was still bigger since his hands were bigger in the first place. 'That is tiny,'he said teasingly.

Harri stuck her tongue out "Arachnaphobia is a common fear," she said nudging him "And no, that is not tiny, plus that was just it's body, it also had really long disgusting legs," she said shivering again.

Alex shrugged still smiling smugly. 'Yeah, yeah, whatever. I tell you, yu would never survive in the highlands then,'he said smiling.

"Why not?" Harri asked "Is it infested with spiders?" she asked looking around the grass, she had a feeling she would spot a spider.

Alex nodded. 'Basically, if you haven't got four walls then yeah, the place is crawling with them everywhere,'he said before leaning in whispering 'They even crawl in your mouths if you're not careful,'he added as a joke. He leaned back laughing.

"EWWWWWWWWWWWW," Harri said shaking her head "Aleeeex, why did you have to say that?" she said shoving him "Stupid boy," she said shaking her head then errupting in laughter "They crawl in your mouth?" she said still laughing and clutching her stomach as it felt like it was going to have her sides split.

Alex laughed at her reaction, which didn't help the fact she was laughing as well. He rolled his eyes at her. 'Not really but it just makes it sound nicer,'he said eventually when he had calmed down.

Harri laughed even more as Alex started to laugh, when she finally managed to calm herself down she grinned at him. "Oh okay, I was going to say, cause' thats just disgusting," she said, her face spread into a grin as she faught(sp?) the urge to burst out laughing again.

'Like I said before, girls,'he said punching her shoulder playfully, smiling. 'How did we get on this subject anyhow?'he asked wondering who started it.

Sakura listened to the second bout of conversational ping pong that had erupted between Harri and Alex. Smiling she stepped away from them.
"Alright you two no offense but feeling like I'm a bit of a crowd here, I'm heading back to the tent. I'll see you guys later" she began walking away in that direction.

Alex smiled but it dropped a bit when Sakura said she was going. 'Oh, ok then Sak. I'll see you later then,'he said thinking it was a bout time he went as well. He only just realized he was starving.

"Oh okay," Harri said slightly confused, "Well see you around Sakura," she said waving, "Hmm I'm thinking it's nearly dinner time," she said looking back at the castle "Hungry?" she asked.

Alex turned back to her, his mouth dropping open with shock. 'I thought girls weren't intrested in food?'he asked compoding himself instantly. 'You're joking about being hungry aren't you?'he asked smiling now. 'Because I am seriously starving here'

Harri laughed "Course we're interested in food, we do have to live suprisingly enough," she said grinning. "Come on then, can't let my guest starve can I?" she said getting up and brushing herself off.

Alex smiled. 'Yeah, well, i didn't mean it that way but yeah, surprisingly enough, I guess you do have to live,'ALex said jokingly at the end. 'No you can't but if you're calling me your guest under your terms, I wish you luck in having enough food,'he said smiling and getting up easily, not bothering to brush himself off like her.

Harri smiled "I bet you couldn't eat half the amount of food we provide you with!" she said mischiviously.
