Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y46 S1

Audrey followed after a bludger.

Lucy was excited to be playing with the team for another year, and hopefully if she was really lucky she might even get to play in a match. Still, practices were plenty exciting, and she soared through the sky cheerfully towards a bludger, swinging hard and managing to send it in the direction of exactly nobody.

Lucy geared up to score, throwing her arm and pushing the quaffle through the air towards the hoop. It managed to make its way through and Lucy did a victory lap just for fun (and of course, practice).

Audrey wasn't having a whole lot of luck, it had to be said.

Violet was glad that Savannah was having no luck catching the snitch, as Violet herself didn't have any lucky either.

Audrey whiffed an attempt to hit a bludger and had to dial it back a bit.

Savannah spotted a little hint of gold and raced after it. Managing to catch the snitch relatively quickly when she had finally spotted it. She held it aloft to show off that she'd caught it.

Violet narrowed her eyes at Savannah who managed to catch the snitch before her. No matter - Violet would catch it herself soon.

Savannah let the snitch go, and hung back a moment.

Audrey was momentarily distracted, and a bludger zoomed right past her face.

"Nice one, Savannah!" Michael called, seeing her catch the snitch. She had a few years experience now, and Michael was very pleased he was able to promote her to the starting lineup. Violet definitely had promise, though, and a Quidditch name that meant she had plenty of prior knowledge and likely practice, so he was feeling better and better about their chances just watching them.

Ambrose watched as one of the older chasers scored, scooping up the quaffle when it was thrown back out and trying his best to quickly turn around and head the other way.

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Michael prepared himself to block.

Audrey wondered if she'd annoyed some sort of deity of bludgers. Probably when she'd chipped her dad's bat. Maybe he'd cursed hers in retaliation. She wouldn't have put it past him.

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

After being hit once, Kharon was more than ready to guard his side of the goals.

Monday looked for a bludger to hit.

Violet was beginning to grow frustrated as her attempt to catch the snitch failed.

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Audrey did not hit a bludger.

Lucy carried on her circle around the pitch, hoping she'd get a chance at a bludger again soon.

Ambrose somehow still had the quaffle and on top of that managed to throw it through one of the hoops.

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Violet yet again failed to catch the snitch.
