Plots for Y51

Hi all! I figured I'd start a plot thread for anyone who might be interested. I have a few students I'd like to focus on.

Hudson Triss Second Year Gryffindor He's a little weirdo Hudson is a little reminiscent of Michael Newton (if anyone remembers that character of mine). He loves rocks and geology and is convinced rocks are going to have magical properties (which I guess some might idk). Looking for: A partner in crime/BFF​

Mary Paige Triss Fourth Year Hufflepuff She's a typical big sister, but without the bossiness Mary Paige is Hudson's sister. She's pretty kind to everyone she meets, and I'd love for her to get to know more people. I'm still learning about her. Looking for: A BFF, maybe a crush (or someone to crush on her)​

Daviana de Lundin First Year Gryffindor Working through some trauma but trying to find her way Daviana is Irish and has been living with her aunt in NZ for a few years since her mother died and her dad basically abandoned her with his sister. She likes sports and grew up on a farm but is also into "girly" stuff. Looking for: A close friend or group of close friends​

Maggie Grey Fifth Year Ravenclaw She's in over her head I'd like for Maggie to get into some trouble or involved with some drama this year. That could be anything, honestly. She's got a big mouth when she's not careful. Maybe someone tells her a secret, maybe it's romantic drama. I'm open to anything if anyone needs to use her. I'd also love for her to get a boyfriend (it doesn't have to last). She's also on the paper so that could play into things Looking for: Drama, a boyfriend/dateable boy​

Beatrice Grey Fifth Year Ravenclaw Just trying to pass all the OWLs Bea is working hard to get all Os this year on her OWLs so a study buddy would be nice. She might host some study groups but get frustrated if people aren't actually studying. I'd also love for her to start crushing on a girl. She'd take things slow so somebody who might be interested in a longer romantic plot would be great. Looking for: study partners, a potential girlfriend​

I'm also open to any of my other characters having plots - these are just ones I'm focusing on right now! Also, if we have people from outside of the school attending Quidditch games again this year, Siobhan McGowan, who is Head of the Quidditch League in New Zealand, will try to attend, and that can be open to anyone who wants Quidditch-related plots

Hey Kiersten!

For Maggie I could offer you Amory Raven, whether it be a passing one sided infatuation or an actual relationship I’d be down he’s very much growing into a guy who will flirt but he’ll probably also pine after a girl if they capture his attention.

For Bea I could offer Lilith Ilves, she too is focused on getting all those O’s and would love a study partner. Would also be fun to do something with the two since they are roomies it is very plausible they would be in friendly terms.

Fooor Hudson, I do have Eris, if you wanna do more with the two. Could have them wandering into the forest again or anything really if you want, I’d be very down!

Mary Paige, I have either Mania or Juniper, mania could be a very fun energetic friend or Juniper could be a more calm but not any less good friend. They are completely different but I do think both could go well with Mary Paige!

Daviana I have either of my firstie Gryffindors James or Leo, both out going and chaotic. Leo lost his dad past year so is working through figuring life out without him and takes a lot of pressure feeling he has to look after his sisters, while James is still a bit of a mystery to me, but both could make a friend for Daviana if we wanted to have them hang out or anything!

That is all I can think of right now, however if you have any ideas with any other characters you’d wanna do anything with I am down to throw any of mine in for you!

Would you say Daviana is quite outgoing? I have Leena here who would also be interested in making friends, although I feel like she'd need someone else to make the first move before she got more comfortable with them! Leena is also Leo's sister, so she also lost her dad recently.

Maggie x Amory - I'd be down to see how they interact and see where it goes! Maybe I could start a thread and they run into each other somewhere in the castle and we go from there?

Bea x Lilith - I love Lilith so yes, I would love that! I think they would definitely be friendly. Would you want to start something?

Hudson x Eris - I'm enjoying their time in the woods! Maybe we they make a plan this time to do something specific in the woods rather than just wandering? Maybe they are looking for a creature or heard a rumor there was a secret passage or something? Thoughts?

Mary Paige x Mania/Juniper - I enjoy both of these characters and think either would work as well. If you want to try it out with one (or both!), we can.

Daviana x Leo - Might be nice to have her be friends with someone else in the dead parents club. @Leena Ilves - would you both be interested in maybe doing a thread with Leo, Leena, and Daviana?

I could possibly start something for them once the semester officially kicks off?

Hi Kiersten!! Going to do my usual method of throwing a bit of everything out there and let me know what sounds exciting.

For Daviana I, of course, have my first year June who also grew up in Ireland on a farm and moved to New Zealand a few years ago lol. She's more outdoorsy than sport and likes to be outside, and has found a somewhat recent passion for crafts like knitting, sewing etc. But fair warning she can be a bit defensive and prickly but can be very nice once she's softened up. I do think their shared origin would go along way. Hmm, maybe we can say they knew each other

For Hudson, I also have June. They had that one very brief thread and I'm not sure if she left an impression but maybe we could do something with that. She'd probably be like "Ugh, you again." and maybe try and pick a fight. I could see them eventually becoming reluctant friends.

For Mary Paige I have Doyle who is in her year and is also (hopefully) on the quidditch team. He's nice, a little shy, likes music. I could see him developing a crush but might want to see how they got along first.

And last but not least for Beatrice, I have Sybil. I like to think they've been friends or at least study buddies "off screen" while I've been a little absent. I'm also hoping to get back on the lesson grind with her and get all Os so maybe they could hang out a bit more. I also could offer her up as a romance option too. I think Sybil would slowly be figuring out she like's girls about now. Maybe over the past couple of years she's been focusing more on qudditch and they've grown a bit distant, and now that she's hunkering down for OWLs they're reconnecting? Maybe there's some tension there? Just some thoughts!

Hudson x June - I totally forgot I responded to that thread and they had a moment - thank you for the reminder! We could definitely try something if you'd like to start a thread, I wouldn't mind having Hudson jumping in and seeing where it goes

hear me out- Daviana and Tate. Both Irish, both with problems- his are just masked behind being an absolute jerk. He was raised by his two eldest sisters and he expects to be catered to. He is the baby of the family. She could chase after 'the good in him' which he stubbornly insists doesn't exist.

Teo and Maggie could be interesting, even if only for friends. He's a lot to handle, might be chaos.

Hello! Being fairly low key atm but I'd like to offer my 2nd year Laura as a friend for Hudson! They're both in Gryffindor so they'd at least be sort of aware of each other although Laura spent a lot of 1st year wanting to escape so there's that lmao. I think he'd remind her a bit of her best friend from muggle primary school and she'd genuinely be interested in listening to him talk abour geology (as long as he can handle her sports obsessions). Plus she'd be down for adventure. Just a thought if you're interested!

I can offer Carolina as a friend for Mary, since they're in the same house and year and share a dorm I imagine they'd know each other a little but maybe don't really talk, but they can somehow get to talking and become friends from this??

I can also offer my new firstie Dashley for Daviana but I'm really not sure if Dash would want to be friends with her or bully her Dash in general isn't very nice unless she sees someone as a threat or ally and I don't know what she would consider Daviana to be, but it could be fun for Dash to call her a weird farm girl if you're down for that!
