Open Young Love?

Katy had been surprised to find out her next rose was for one the younger students. It must be young love, she mused, picking her way around the school grounds. It had gotten boring walking in circles looking for people in the castle, and Katy figured the weather was nice enough that some of her rose people had to be out here. She perked up when she saw a younger looking Hufflepuff, heading over to her. "Hey, are you Samantha Jacobs? I have something very important to give you," She said gravely, holding the rose behind her back.

Samantha was just walking around the garden for a bit, until a slightly older Gryffindor had started talking to her. "Yeah, that's me. Oh? what Is it?" Samantha says with a small smile.

 

[Katy Miller]

"Tada," Katy said passing over the red rose. "Someone clearly likes you a lot," Katy said, wiggling her eyebrows a little to tease the younger girl before handing over the note. She'd had a peak earlier out of curiosity, but it had been a bit of a let down honestly. It didn't seem like any of her roses had anything really juicy attached them.

"Oh, how lovely" Samantha says with a small smile. Samantha laughed a little when the girl wiggled her eyebrows because of the red rose. Once Samantha looked at the note and realized who had sent her the rose, she blushes a little.

Katy was pleased that Samantha at least looked excited to get her rose, though that did mean she didn't get to bear witness to any sort of dramatic romance here. "Soo is it from your paramour perhaps?" She needled, noticing the girl's blush when she read the (rather lackluster in her opinion) note.
