Lily walked quite happily down Brightstone Villiage. If she had to admit, she was beginning to look forward to the idea of Hogwarts. She'd met a few people that made going seem pretty worthwhile. She'd also learned a little about each house and realised that she would be suited for the green house, Slytherin as it was known. The only thing she worried was anyone knowing who she really was and the fact Lily was a muggleborn. She didn't have one once of magical blood in her family. Lily was a first, and not a happy first. She smoothed down her skirt as she walked. She stopped outside a wizarding Clothes shop and looked at the display in the window. The outfit in the window was pretty good, but she didn't ever think that the colour of pink in the window would ever suit her. Lily wondered if at Hogwarts they'd learn to switch the colour of things. That would be good, there would be no more restrictions on clothing, if it boiled down to colour.

Eva swept back her hair. She was wearing an old dress that her mum had bought her a long time ago. It wasn't her favourite dress, but it was a lot warmer this far north. Eva had been in Brightstone Village shopping for school supplies. It wasn't long until they started at Hogwarts, closer by the day. But, typically, Eva had gotten distracted. Shopping for clothes was so much more fun.

As she went to look at a pretty pink outfit in the window of a shop, she noticed there was another girl standing there too. Probably some stupid fashion wannabe. Eva rolled her eyes and took a sideways glance at the girl. Oh my god! Not only was the girl wearing a beautiful outfit, it was a beautiful girl. And it was Livia. "Livia! Oh my god, so nice to see you!"

Lily looked round at the sound of her name. Her fake name of course. No one knew her real name. When she looked round Lily saw a girl she'd met once before and had gotten along well. Like the last time, the girl, Eva, was dressed in soemthing that looked perfect on her. She smiled brightly at her fashion friend. She couldn't help but smile. Lily really hoped that this girl would be in the same house as her once they got to hogwarts. She was pretty sure that Eva, like her wanted to be in Slytherin.

"Eva, Hi. It's amazing to see you too." Lily said smiling brightly. "How have you been?"

Eva grinned at Livia. "You look amazing!" The other girl - who she hesitated to call her friend - had such beautiful fashion sense. It was really, quite stunning. "I've been very well, thanks." Eva smiled. The past few weeks had gone fairly well for the girl, constant anticipation for Hogwarts. "Looking forward to Hogwarts so much. What about yourself?" The place that these two girls had met summed up their similarities. Fashion. And lots of it.

Lily smiled at the complement. She nodded along with the girl, quite happy to see her. It was good to know someone with good taste in clothes. Lily couldn't help but disagree with the second thing the girl said. She wasn't really looking forward to going to hogwarts. It seem better than when she had first heard of it but this didn't mean Lily was getting used to the idea of wand waving and silly incantations. She smiled at the girl, a slightly fake smile, but this was not apparent.

"Same, I really can not wait to go." Lily lied but in her voice and the way she acted there was no hint of a lie. "Isn't that dress really nice?" Lily said pointing to the dress in the window.

Eva smiled broadly. "We can be in Slytherin together! Oh, it'll be so much fun." Looking across at Livia, she heard her make a comment about the dress. "Oh. I know, it's so pretty! You know, Livia, you're one of the only people I've met who really has a good sense in fashion. I love it." The young girl grinned to herself. She was so lucky to have met again with Livia, like the first time, per chance.

Lily couldn't help but agree. She'd met only one other girl, besides Eva who she could say had a fashion sense. And even at that this girls fashion sense wasn't really that good when compared to Eva's. She wondered where all the people who loved fashion were. She was also glad to have a potential friend in the same house as her. That would be good.

"Apart from you I've meet this one other girl, but her fashion sense wasn't that great." Lily said "You wonder where all the people who like fashion are, I mean fashion is one of the most important thing ever."

Nia made her way down the familiar streets of Brightstone Village. She was so glad to be here and away from Greece, even if it was only for a few hours. She didn't even mind that the few were to be spent shopping for her school supplies, but it was shopping; one of Nia's favourite past-times.

She pulled her cardigan over her dress a bit more as she exited the last shop which she had to visit to get her school supplies. She had forgotten that it was autumn in New Zealand so she hadn't exactly dressed for the warmest weather, being so used to the heat back home.

As she walked past a few of the shops she peered into a few, seeing if there was anything of interest to her. Feeling a little down that there was very few shops in New Zealand that actually held any decent fashion lines. Walking by a shop she saw a few dresses that grabbed her interest she heard two smalled girls talking. Normally she wouldn't easedrop on other peoples conversations, unlike her best friends she wasn't big on gossip, but their topic of conversation intrigued her. "I couldn't agree more." she said with a smile as she approached the two girl.

Eva nodded in agreement with Livia. "I know, right!" Eva was about to point to another outfit further inside the shop and suggest that they venture inside, when suddenly there was an older girl who began to talk to them. Excuse me...? Eva thought, surprised at the fact that the girl was evesdropping. But then she glanced around and wowee!

The girl had a wonderful fashion sense. The clothes she was wearing were so bright, so fun, yet they went together so well. And then it sunk it what she had said. She couldn't agree more. This older female was clearly a female fashionista. "Nice to have someone agree!" Eva grinned. "I'm Eva." She smiled, tilting her head upwards.

Lily looked to the latest and newest voice that had come in there conversation. Lily didn't like the fact someone was listening to what they were saying, though it hadn't been the most personal conversation, it still felt odd knowing someone had heard some of it. Though as Lily looked to the new and older girl, she couldn't help but be amazed by the girls amazing choice in clothes. They just flattered the girl and made her look outstanding. Lily was jealous. She smiled at the older girl and then to Eva who introduced herself.

"And I'm Livia." Lily said with a polite smile. "It is wonderful to meet someone who has an interest in fashion."

NIa couldn't help but giggle at the two younger girls, who seemed to be into fashion. This intrigued Nia, sure she had been into fashion, long before she had started Hogwarts, but not many were, that came later. And from what Nia could see they both had very good dress senses for such a young age, and from the dresses they were pointing out they definately had the eye too.

"Nice to meet you girls. You can call me Nia." she said, with a pleasant smile. She had long since given up introducing herself by her full name to people, apart from Professors and her important people her father knew. "So you both like fashion then?" she said tilting her head as if she was examining their outfits, "It shows, I'm very impressed, I think my friends would approve too." she said, meaning her 'Glam Squad' friends, so mentioned for their great taste in fashion.

"Nice to meet you too, Nia." Eva blushed slightly as she said that she was impressed with her fashion sense. It meant a lot coming from a girl like that. "Thanks!" She grinned to herself. Glancing across at Livia, Eva wondered what they were meant to say. Nia seemed like a lovely girl and she had good fashion. "So, do you go to Hogwarts, Nia?" Eva smiled, presuming that she did. She really wanted to know what it was like there, she couldn't wait.

Nia smiled as she saw the girl, Eva, blush. It was so hard to believe that she was that age; even though she is only 13, 11 seemed so long ago. "I do indeed." she said with a smile as she brought up Hogwarts. "Third Year Slytherin, I take it you are both firsties." she said, not meaning the term as an insult but she had gotten so used to calling them that with her friends, and she too had been called it once and survived.

Lily gave a slight blush at the older girls compliment. It felt good for someone older and wiser in the fashion world to say that Lily had a good fashion sense. She was feeling good about this day. Lily also suddenly really wanted to go to hogwarts. If this girl had such fashion, and the friends she spoke would approve of their fashion, then it meant that there were others with excellent fashion sense at the magical school. Lily couldn't help but get very excited at this. She smiled at both Eva and Nia.

"Yeah, were firsties. And both hoping for Slytherin." Lily said smiling at the older girl.

Sorry

Nia's smiled widened as the girl names Livia commented on the house of their choice. "Well now, great fashion sense and a great sense in houses, you two will go far." she said with a playful giggle. "Slytherin is by far one of the best houses and winning the house cup last year only proved that even more." she said with pride in her voice.

Pride was what won Slytherin the house cup last year added with hard work from everyone and it was those two things that would no doubt lead them to victory again next year. I am really going to try harder next year. Nia said to herself, she loved her house more than anything but speaking so highly of it made her feel bad as she had little to do in their victory as she earned no house points all year.

Smiling at the two girls she continued, "So, what are you looking forward to most when you start Hogwarts?" she asked. Normally she wouldn't talk to anyone outside her group of friends, but these two girls seemed promising.
