Yellow for a Pink Haired Girl

With the lessons going on, it was refreshing to have an event going on. Being a first year, Alexis signed up to deliver roses, a chance for her to meet new people. Now she was standing in the Great Hall, at the end of the Hufflepuff Table as she looked at the sea of students for a sight of pink hair.

Even though Geo had sent out a rose, she didn't expect to recieve one. As she sat at the Hufflepuff table, her blonde hair falling over her face as she went through her Charms book, she was oblivious to the first year that was trying to seek her.

Alexis was scanning the table when she saw a gorgeous shade of pink bent down on a book. Feeling victorious,she bounded over to the Hufflepuff and tapped her slightly on the shoulder. "Geo,is it?", she asked.

Geo looked up from the table as she was tapped on the shoulder. "Hi?" She replied, confused as to why she was needed. Glancing down she spotted she was holding a rose, and it hit her that Valentines was about to begin. "Do you have something for me?" She asked. It was either that or she needed help finding someone.

Alexis smiled at Geo. She was pretty from afar and even more up close. She handed the yellow rose to her. "This is for you." She also rummaged through her pockets for the note."Along with this.",handing the note to her."Happy Valentines!",she gave the Hufflepuff a friendly smile.

As Geo took the rose, she scanned the note, curious to know who had sent it. "Elly!" She called out, a smile forming on her face as she thought back to the time she spent with her best friend. "Thank you!" She smiled up at the younger girl, before standing up from her table and giving her a small hug. "You too" She added, before returning to her seat. She hadn't expected to have any roses from her friends, and it was a pleasant surprise.

Alexis warmed at the sight of the emotions changing in Geo's face. She just watched as Geo scanned the note,exclaiming Ellie's name and thanked her."You're welcome.",she replied in a cheery voice.The Ravenclaw was surprised when Geo gave her a hug but she welcomed it as she returned the hug. For someone who did not have any sisters,this hug was a first for the young Kramer.
