🌹 Rose Giving Yellow And Blue Make Green

Chloë had been making her way around the castle for a while, eventually heading into the lower levels and making her way towards the great hall in an attempt to find the students she hadn't come across yet. She had been calling out names at random when another student had told her that the girl she was looking for was a ravenclaw. She had recognized the girl's name from somewhere, but she hadn't been sure what house she was in or where to find her. "Nell!" Chloë cupped her mouth and called out once she reached the proximity of the ravenclaw table. "Nell Wright where you at?"

Nell loved roses. Every year she was desperate to sign up to deliver, but it was the one thing she had elected not to take on after looking at the workload she already had. She loved the whole atmosphere in the castle while they were being delivered though, revelling in the happiness in the air. And receiving them was the best part. So when she heard her name being called out she jumped up at once, waving her arms. "ME!" She yelled happily. "I'M NELL!"

With Nell's reaction she wasn't a difficult person to find and Chloë laughed at her enthusiasm as she made her way towards her. "Hi!" She happily smiled. If she was this happy just about her name being called the gryffindor wondered what her reaction would be to her rose or the note that went with it. "Got a rose for you, but you might've figured that one out already." Chloë laughed as she handed her the rose and the corresponding note, curiously observing the other girl after she had handed them over.

Nell couldn't help being a little disappointed the rose was yellow, but she pushed that aside quickly. Her rose from Selene would show up eventually, and a yellow rose was still something to be excited about. "Thank you so much!" She said brightly as she accepted it, smiling as she read the card. She snorted with laughter, pleased that Jasper would be getting her rose at some point today, which was plenty of proof that she wasn't boring, and was definitely still funnier than him.
