Kit was running down the hill, hoping too many people weren't already lined up for practice. She had been reading over some strategies she wanted the chasers to try out and had realized she was barely going to make it to the field. Once she showed up, she pushed her ponytail out of the way and looked around. "Alright, listen up! I have some new moves I want to work on today with the chasers - we're going to perfect the Porskoff Ploy, which means we need everyone on board. First, let's get up in the air and just get going to warm-up. Beaters, help keep track of whoever you hit, and take a time out if you get hit too many times, especially you new team members. Right, any questions?" she asked, before quickly ignoring any potential questions that may have taken too long, as she was eager to get practice started. She took possession of the quaffle and headed towards the opposite end of the pitch.

March quickly jumped on his broom and began looking for the snitch, he wasn't sure where the pesky thing had gone, but apparently it was going somewhere he was not.

Hadrian nodded nervously at Kit, happy to hang back and let her take possession of the quaffle to start. Goodness only knew she was the most aggressive of the chasers.

Minerva got onto her broom and immediately started looking for bludgers.

Summer took her position in front of the hoops and waited to see what craziness Kit had up her sleeve. She knew she wanted to work on the Porskoff Ploy with the chasers but she'd see if it actually came about.

Hadrian flew lower, not sure he'd be able to pull off the manouvre but at least hoping to maybe get practice in on the between chaser throws.

He thought he saw a glint off to the side and chased it, but it was just the spark off of someone's handle. Dang.

Kit took a quick attempt at scoring and watched as it was easily blocked.

Larissa hopped into the air, and immediately chased after a bludger, and smacked it toward their seeker @March Chase to get him used to what was to come.

Marcel hopped on his broom and took off to find the snitch.

Kit frowned when she failed to score and looked to see who would gain the quaffle next.

March cursed as he got hit with a bludger, sticking his finger up in Larissa's direction half heartedly. He needed to find this snitch, but he couldn't see it yet.

Larissa merely laughed in response when their official seeker gave her a rather rude gesture. That was adorable.

Marcel had no luck with the snitch.

Kit headed off towards the hoops, waiting for the other chasers to catch up.

Hadrian followed after Kit. He had been in the team longer, but she had a lot more confidence and he was more than happy to just follow her lead.

March kept flying around the pitch trying to figure out where this little golden ball was.

Kit managed to be nearest to the quaffle when it was tossed back out, as she had looped back around, and grabbed the ball, giving a surprise toss, which led to her scoring and writing a very large run-on sentence.

Melrose tried to remind himself he was going to be bold and dive into Quidditch this year, even as his stomach sank as Kit described the new move she wanted them to practice. Why couldn't he have been a Keeper instead.

He caught the quaffle after Kit scored, glancing her questioningly. "So I just fly.. up?" He asked, wedging it under his shoulder and moving cautiously upwards.

Kit smiled at Melrose and nodded. “Yeah, you go up, and then we’ll be below, and you can try and drop it to one of us or if you don’t feel like you can, I guess you’d still try and score!” she finished, hoping her teammates would be willing to try. It was harder to try without a whole other team of chasers threatening you, but they had to get started somehow.

Kit wasn't sure she was explaining things well and asked for Melrose to toss her the quaffle. "Here, I'll start from the top and you all go below. I'll try to time it out so you can catch it easily... this time," she joked, heading above and then letting the quaffle fall after flying down the pitch a bit.

March kept looking for the stupid little golden ball, but so far it was no where to be seen.

Kit looked to see if anyone had caught the quaffle.

March continued to look for the snitch amongst his teammates, but still remained unable to find it.
