Micha checked and double checked the supplies for todays practice as he waited for the team to arrive. They had a lot of work to do if they wanted to keep up their streak against Beauxbatons and have any chance at beating Hogwarts. The pressure of being seeker was already enough to make his palms sweat but now that he was captain it felt even heavier. But as the team started to arrive he turned to face them with what he hoped was a confident smile. "Hey everyone!" he said with a wave. "Welcome to our new and returning team mates. I'm not going to take up much of our time today but I just wanted to remind everyone that our game against Beaxubatons will be here faster than you think so it's important to give it our all during every practice." he said in a more serious tone than he usually use. "So let's get started!" Micha announced and released the bludgers and snitch before blowing his whistle and tossing the quaffle once the chasers were in the air.

Jia showed up to practice in another helmet. She felt a bit safer this way. She took off into the air fairly quickly and began to look for the snitch.
 
Micha waited till everyone was in the air before taking off himself. He had barely started his search when he felt something small run into him. It was much to soft to be a bludger and he momentarily thought it might be a bird. After turning to see for himself he realized it was the snitch and chased after it and caught it quickly and laughed to himself before letting it go.
 
Yoo was at the hoops ready to block any shots that came towards him.
 
Noah hoped that at least joining the quidditch team would make his life at this new school more interesting than it had been so far. He listened when the captain addressed them and gave a little nod when the boy was finished before jumping right onto his broom and grabbing the quaffle.
 
Micha flew around the pitch keeping an eye on the rest of the team while he started his search for the snitch again.
 
Noah headed straight for the hoops and made sure to aim his shot well, quite pleased as he watched it sail through.
 
Micha looked up from his search just in time to see Noah make a goal. He shot the other boy a thumbs up and was glad to see the new members of the team off to a good start.
 
Felicity was glad to be back on the team, after losing to the New Zealand last year she was sure they could do better this year, especially with Micha as their new captain. He definitely proved her point by immediately catching the snitch and Flick made a show of cheering loudly for him before turning her attention to getting some real practice in. By which she meant hovering nearby as she scoped out the new chaser and transfer student for a bit..
 
Micha tried to focus on his own job and look for the snitch but he couldn't help watching the rest of the team to make sure they were all doing what they were supposed to.
 
Flick wondered if she could use the practice as an excuse to try to talk to their newest teammate. Spotting an opening right after he'd made his first goal, Felicity swung at a passing bludger, immediately hiding her grin of success behind a show of concern as she flew over to check on @Noah Webb "Oh Merlin are you okay? Nice goal by the way I hope the bludger hit you too hard," she said, flying closer.

Micha continued to fly around and look for the snitch but winced when he saw the first bludger hit land.
 
Felicity hovered near Noah, wanting to make sure he was okay, not bothering with the bludgers for a moment.
 
Micha continued his search.
 
Felicity twirled a piece of her hair, glancing over when she thought she saw a bludger, realizing it was just Micha going past.
 
The smugness Noah had felt after getting his first shot past the keeper disappeared almost immediately when he got hit with a bludger. Almost as if it was a little welcome present. "I'm good, I can handle a bludger hit or two." He shrugged when the beater who had hit him also came to check up on him. "Thanks though." Noah quickly added in an attempt at friendliness before shooting forward and scooping up the quaffle when the keeper threw it back out again.
 
Felicity went to wave off Noah's thanks, content to continue chatting, but it seemed Noah was more serious about playing than she was as he moved off to grab the quaffle and she supposed she should at least pretend to look for the bludgers for a bit. At the very least she liked Noah more than Abigail.
 
Noah got some distance in between himself and the hoops, taking a glance at the other chasers before circling back to where he had come from. When he reached the hoops he made his shot and watched the quaffle sail through again.
 
Felicity was on the tail of a bludger but she was distracted by Noah scoring another goal. He was doing great and Felicity made a show of clapping loudly as the quaffle scored, barely noting where she was swinging her bat until the bludger had collided with @Yoo Hyun Ki. "Oops, sorry Yoo!"

Micha was glad Felicity was doing well but he just hoped she wouldn't take out the whole team before they could really get some good work in.
 
Felicity was sure she could feel Micha's eyes on her, turning to give him a bright wave with her bat and a quick smile.
 
Micha shot a thumbs up to Felicity as she grinned at him before getting back to his search.
 
Content that Micha was pleased with what she was doing so far, Felicity let herself drift around the pitch for a moment, enjoying being in the air.
 
Noah grinned at Felicity when he heard her clap after his second goal. He waited a moment for the keeper to throw the quaffle back out and flew forward to scoop it up again.
 
Flick spent a moment watching Jia and her funny little helmet before moving off to chase down one of the bludgers.
