[Professor Misha Haden]

Professor Misha Haden led the two contestants to the stage, appointing them into the north or south part of the stage respectively. He told them both the rules as well as the point system before walking off the stage to just watch from a good distance. He was sure this would be a good clean game, but he was ready to step in if he was needed to.​

All right, make sure that you use the spell list for guidance. No board rule breaking is acceptable. Have fun! I have a copy of the code that you should use with every post. Remember, when you are knocked out, unable to shoot anymore spells, you lost. And if you run out of points, you lose.
The duel begins now. If someone doesn't post after 24 hours, they are disqualified.

Zoe could hardly believe that she made it to the finals. She beat two opponents and gunning for a third. This time, she was against Clementine Pratt. She was a girl in her dorms, which meant that either way, Hufflepuff would come out on top. Zoe arrived at her end of the arena, bowing and taking her stance. Once ready, Zoe cast out, "Petrificulus Totalus!"

Clementine was really pleased with herself. She had now made it to the final round in the dueling competition and that was better than she had done last year. She had been pleasantly surprised that she had beat her previous opponents and now she would be facing one of the girl's from her dorm. Clementine smiled and waved at her as she stood on the platform and then bowed. She held her wand up at the ready and the girl was quick in firing a spell her way. Clementine blocked it and send back the Jelly Fingers Curse.

The other girl was quick and Clementine just barely had time to cast up her shield charm before the powerful spell would hit her. This year she had tried to fight her duels with non-violent spells but she didn't know how long she would be able to run through the short list of defensive spells that weren't harmful without losing or hurting her opponent. "Expelliarmus!"
