Calum was glad that the year had ended. He hated everything about Hogwarts and was not going to miss the place at all. When his father told him that they considered transferring him to Hogwarts New Zealand for his sixth year of education, Calum didn't know how to react. He had no friends at Hogwarts Scotland and would suppose that it would be no different at Hogwarts New Zealand, but Calum had never been to New Zealand before and he was very suspicious about the sudden move. What was so good about New Zealand that his family needed to move over there? It was decided that if they did make him transfer that his grandparents would stay in Wales and it would only be him and his parents moving and Calum knew that it would be hard without them. They were always there throughout his entire life and he somehow felt that the move to New Zealand would change everything, but when his parents told him, he didn't say anything and simply shrugged, not wanting to spill his feelings out on them just yet. He would come back to visit soon enough if they did.
Slowly, Calum walked down the quiet streets of Wales with his hands in his pockets. He had lived in Wales his whole life and suddenly moving to another country with no idea why was going to be hard. What would he find there? Would it be better for him? The thing that really worried him the most was duelling. He had only ever duelled around Europe and what if duelling over in New Zealand was different to duelling where he felt most comfortable? If that was true, then what if he wasn't as good at duelling anymore? The questions kept flooding his mind and he scrunched his face up in frustration as he walked, knowing that thinking about it was just going to make it worse. On the bright side, the decision wasn't definite and he could only hope that whatever happened would work out.
