Mualla smiled as she put down a bowl off cocktail nuts on the table, whistling a happy tune now that the stress she'd been feeling all day long was gone. She had told the team to rest up a bit before they would officially celebrate their victory against Ilvermorny, thinking of napping herself as she could really use a nap before partying later, but she hadn't been able to fall asleep once the was up in the dormitory, so instead went ahead and made sure everything would be ready for when the rest got there. She looked tired though - happy, smiling, she hadn't stopped smiling for hours, but still tired. After she had taken care of the rest of the food and drinks, Mualla seated herself in one of the comfortable armchairs in the room, feeling very content with everything whilst she waited for the first to arrive.

Gaby was thrilled to be back at school after their win on Ilvermorny. It had been her first official game and she had thoroughly enjoyed it, even better when by the end of it she had managed to score two goals for their team. She knew those didn't mean too much for their victory as a team, but it was a personal victory nevertheless. One thing she had noticed during the match was that even if their team was almost completely new and they all still had to get used to each other, they seemed to match the team spirit a whole lot better than the American team. For some reason she had felt like they didn't all get along as good. Gaby had enjoyed the travelling they got to do, but also had definitely taken advantage of the time they were given to get some rest before they would get to celebrate by hanging back for a bit. When the time had come she made her way over to the lounge, happily waving at their captain when she noticed the older girl already there. "Hey cap!" Gaby smiled as she let herself fall down into one of the chairs next to Mualla. "So.. how relieved are you?" She joked, feeling that if anyone was likely to have been nervous for the match it might've been their captain. If she had been, she couldn't blame her though. Their school was on a winning streak and going in with an almost completely new team would've probably made any captain nervous.

Gemma couldn't believe how well the team had played. She had spent the entire time on the bench but it had given her a perfect view of the game. She was just so proud of Hugo. His first game and he had won it in hardly no time at all. "Way to go everyone!" she announced as she arrived to the team's victory celebration. She was still fresh and ready to party, not to mention glad to be back at Beauxbatons. Ilvermorny was quaint but she liked being home. "I just know it was my moral support that really did the trick." she teased, before grabbing a snack and waiting for Aramis and Hugo to show up. For once she wasn't the one fashionably late.

Élise was glad that the game went as good as it did. She had smashed out some really good bludgers and due to Hugo and his wicked skills the game was over in a jiffy. She walked over to the party and was going to enjoy every moment of it. ''Hello everyone'' Élise said excitingly while grabbing a glass of something and a snack. ''The game was great'' She said while smiling.

Mualla smiled as the first of the team walked in and sat up straight when they joined her, glad to see them in such high spirits still. ''Relieved, Gaby? Of course not! I always knew we were going to win,'' she answered, not wanting to admit that she had had serious doubts about Beauxbatons chances of actually winning the match against the other wizarding school. She then turned to Gemma, grinning slightly. ''Your moral support is greatly appreciated, of course. We could not have won without it.'' Mualla was sure that the fact that her team had played well together, in contrast to the opposing team, which apparently still dealt with unrest within the team, was another key factor to their success today. ''How did all of you think it went?'' she asked, wondering if they had any feedback despite the team's win.

Hugo was exctatic about winning the match. He was THE winner, the person who had caught the snitch. When he headed into the party, he was grinning widely. The moment he saw Mualla and the rest of the team, he started cheering again. "We did it! We did it!" he said happily, jumping up and down. "Guys, did you see me? Gemma, did you see me?" He asked them eagerly.

Édelie had been a little surprised that their very green team had beaten Ilvermorny. Most of the Americans seemed older than the rest of her teammates, but Hugo had come through and found the seeker before them, leading to a decent victory. Exhausted from their travels, Édelie made her way to the victory party Mualla had arranged. It was nice to celebrate with her teammates, even if she didn't really know most of them. Finding a seat, she gave everyone a wave and listened as they discussed the events and their excitement. "I think it went pretty well from a chaser perspective," she said, hoping to not speak for Gaby if she thought they could do better. She had wished she had actually scored so it felt like she had contributed to their win in some way.

Gaby chuckled when Mualla told her there had been no doubt in her mind that they were going to win. She didn't believe her, but she still thought it was a solid answer. Even if she wouldn't blame their captain for being unsure about it with a team so sparkling new she could understand her not wanting to share her thoughts. Or maybe she had really been confident in the fact that they were going to win. Either way she shot Mualla a smile, looking up as more of their teammates started entering. Gaby chuckled at Gemma's words, although it quickly turned into laughing when Hugo entered the room as well. She was glad he was so excited, he had done good after all. "Oh yeah, solid performance." She nodded in agreement with Édelie when she mentioned she felt like their part of the game had gone pretty well. She was well aware that being a chaser almost always didn't mean much for winning or losing the game but she did think they managed to do good. They scored twice, after all. Even if to others that might not mean a lot, to her it did. "And you guys did great!" Gaby smiled, looking at their beaters who had managed to get in more than enough solid hits.

Jetlag was a hell of a thing. Aramis had only meant to shut his eyes for a second before heading down to celebrate with the team, but he must have actually fallen asleep, scrambling awake and out of his dorm once he realized the time. He had to smile as he made his way over, able to hear Hugo cheering from down the hall. "Oh was that you who caught it? You sure?" He asked Hugo mildly as he joined the team, just in time for Mualla to start something of a postmortem. "I think I was too used to two," He said, nodding towards Gaby and Édelie. "It was weird to suddenly have to block someone else."
