Open Valentine Sketches

Abby never usually attended school events. The girl wasn't that social. Though the Gryffindor decided she wanted to somewhat go out of her comfort zone and maybe attend the school event. Abby didn't put too much effort into what she was wearing. The girl quickly grabbed her sketchbook and sketch pencil before quickly making her way down to the great hall. When she entered the great hall, she looked around the hall in awe. She thought that the great hall was decorated beautifully. There were a lot of people already at the event, though she couldn't see any familiar faces that she could say hello to. Abby shyly and slowly made her way towards one of the tables and took a seat. She opened up her sketchbook and began to sketch the scene in front of her. Trying her best to draw the pretty decorative great hall.

Rosie had split off from her sister. She'd enjoyed dancing with Aurora, but had decided to stop bothering with it. Rosie had grabbed herself a drink and was glancing about the room, seeing who else was about. She spotted her friend Abby sitting at one of the tables with her sketchbook and Rosie decided to go over. They were friends, and she wanted to spend time with her at this event. She approached her. ”Hi Abby,” she said, ”Can I join you?” she didn't want to disturb her drawing if she didn't want to be. ​

Abigail looked up when she heard a familiar voice. She smiled up at her friend. "Hey, yeah sure," Abby says with a small smile and nods, as she gestures that Rosie can join her. She didn't mind the company, it was much better than being alone. Plus she and Rosie were friends, so she didn't mind. "You come by yourself tonight?" Abby asked her friend, as she noticed that Aurora wasn't with her.

Rosie grinned and took a seat next to her and glanced towards what she was doing. "Oh no, I came with Aurora, she's still dancing," Rosie motioned vaguely to where she had left her sister. She glanced back to Abby, "Are you here on your own?" she felt sure that the answer to that would be yes but perhaps she was just doing this as she waited for someone else to arrive.[/B]

Abigail nodded when Rosie explained that she had come with Aurora. Though she wasn't surprised by this, as it had seemed that the twins did almost everything together. But Abby was happy to see her friend. Which she much preferred to be by herself, though she didn't mind if she was. Abby nodded shyly. "Yeah," Abby says with a small chuckle. "What do you usually do when you come to these events?" Abby asked Rosie curiously with a small smile. She often didn't go to these events, so she was curious about what her friend usually does.
