Reason: Val & his twin sister's parents met on Valentines day, they wanted their child to have a meaning behind it.

Vale also has a small birthmark that is placed on the left side of his right pinky. He wears a lot of darker colours, converses and hoodies.

HISTORY
Anne (nee Garcia) Addington and Tobey Addington had met when Tobey had been a chef in Spain, in a port city called Valencia, in 2032. Tobey was working in a freshly new owned restaurant that he was working at, and Anne and her friends wanted to try this new restaurant. Long story short, one of Anna's friends had didn't like what her food had tasted like, and Tobey had to come out and see what the problem was. After that, Anne and Tobey had loved each other and had dated ever since. In 3038, they had gotten married around the area where they had met. Anne was the second child out of seven children and was born just outside of Madrid. Tobey is the youngest of three children and was born in Picton, New Zealand. Anne and Tobey are not wizards, as this makes Val and his twin sister muggle-borns.

Val was born on June 13th, 2041, to two parents named Anne and Tobey Addington. On the same day, his twin sister was born an hour after he was. Val and his sister, I would say have a strong bond between each other. Val and his family would move across the world a lot, due to his father's job, where he would cook at different restaurants all around the world every few months. This made it so Val didn't try to make friends as he knew he wouldn't really see them after anyways. When he was nine, his father had decided to move back to New Zealand, as this was his home-country and he wanted to own his own restaurant, where he could showcase his cooking to the people back home.
