He was beyond excited about this, he was far too excited to be nervous about anything. It was just a hat, it was not like it was going to try and bite his head off right? At least Jae hoped not, he was quite attached to his head and didn't want to lose it to a magic hat. Especially not on the day he was going to be sorted into his new house. Just to try and reassure himself that wasn't going to happen, the Korean boy awkwardly flattened down his dark hair as his eyes watched the students in front of him get sorted. He had unwillingly be pushed to the back of the group, but he dared not to complain about it. Other people probably wanted to see what was going on as well and he was just far too nice to try and push his way to the front and block someone else's view.

The longer he was stuck waiting the sweatier his hands were getting. Wrinkling his nose up a little, Jae wiped his palms on the dark robes he was donned in when finally his name was called. A grin lifting on his lips, he started to make his way to the front, trying not to push anyone out of the wat which meant that he took a little longer than most of the other first years to finally get to the stool. Swallowing, he tried to stop himself from jumping a little as he turned and sat himself down, behind almost missing the stool completely so he had to readjust himself on his perch before he embarrassed himself so soon. As the hat was lowered over his eyes he shoved his hands into his lap. "You're not going to bite my head off, are you?" He asked softly. "You seem like a nice enough hat."

Stella walked slowly towards the stool once her name was called. It was now OR now, there was no never. No second option. Stella, like the rest, was sent to Hogwarts for a reason. The letter read she was special, she was one of them. And after what happen with Erin, there's no denying the evidence. Erin's hair turn back to amber silk, but the violet shade never left Stella's mind. Stella was convinced she had use magic to turn her best friend's hair purple. And with oil pastel! It all made sense now, or so she thought.

Stella sat down, feeling nervous. A feeling she's not used to feeling, but nervous as hell. Her feet wouldn't stop tapping the ground beneath, her stomach flop, palms were sweaty. Stella didn't like this feeling, but she anticipated the wait. She felt an old hat worn and weaved beyond it's year flop down on her crown. Stella waited to see where her fate lies in the next seven years..

The old doors of the Great Hall opened with a wild swing. Carn looked up through his shaggy mane of black hair to see hundreds of candles casting a warming light across the faces of the feasting students. Chatter stopped as the students that Carn would be spending His school years with walked into the gargantuan room. Quick paced footsteps were heard as the children made their way across to the stool, the sorting hat, and their future house.

A Leathery faced old wizard started to read names, one by one in alphabetical order. Kids walked to the magic hat and once it was placed upon their small heads, would shout out a name. Hufflepuff! Ravenclaw! Gryffindor! Slytherin! All at once time slowed down as a name was called out into the silence
'Carn James!' .

"Lee, Eros!"

They called his name, his eyes wind up to the headmistress beckoning him to go forward. She must've known all their names and face, for her eyes were on him. Eros blinked a few times, yeah that's it! Eros walked over, striding with his robes flapping right behind him. He sat down on the stool facing the entire hall, so many faces were on him. But his gaze laid straight ahead. In a minute or so, he'll be sitting in one of the table, which table will be?! That was indeed the question, and he couldn't wait for an answer. It's like a quick tense moment that builds up when one sitting in the middle of the hall for all to look at.

Lucky he was patient child, for it was taking so long! It'll be the first thing he'd have to report back to his parents in
the U.K. All he had to do was wait. The hat fell, his eyes flown shut. He waited no longer..
