Allayah swished her drink around slightly as she looked down to it, utterly shocked at surprised.
So he had a son and a wife and yet he so tried to hook up.. She thought to herself as she continued to look at the glass. She walked over to the big red arm chair infront of the fire and looked to him
"Oh.. Hmm.. Well sit down then i suppose" She said softly, indicating to the other chair. She still had her drink in her hand, and she tossed the rest of it into the fire, making it spurt to life for a few seconds while the alcohol burnt off, then it died down again. She put her glass to the side, not going to drink anymore. She wasnt going to get drunk and become a homewrecker. Especially while there was a son in the picture.
"Im guessing there are some problems otherwise you wouldnt be here?" she asked him softly, looking up to him.
"Im not going to kick you out Riley, if my cats are still trying to get pats after hearing that, they reckon your a good person, so i trust their instincts. Just know if you need to get away, you can chill here. Ill be going soon on buisness, so this place is open" She spoke quietly, her emotions were so mixed. She felt betrayed, yet for some reason, her kindness and mothering insticts kicked in. She wanted to protect Riley. She had no idea why, but she felt like she kind of had to. She knew he didnt need it, but she just couldnt help it.
"Well! im going to get changed." She said quickly as she darted from the loungeroom into a little room off to the side. She came back in her
Pajamas and sat back where she was, looking at him
"So are you and Adele having problems?" She asked softly, watching him.
