Take the Party Outside

As much as Fleur loved Halloween, she needed a break from the party. Her costume had been very lazy, just the same one as last year. But somehow she had managed to forget how hot it got in this costume, so after eating some candy and chatting to some of her friends she decided to quietly slip outside, taking off her hood in the cool night air. It was quiet and dark out on the lawn, and it was kind of nice. Honestly, she wished she could run around in a dragon costume on more nights than just Halloween. It was funny, and very comfortable too. Not really feeling like going back yet, she made her way to the gardens. It was a nice place during the daytime, but honestly felt a little magical at night. Some fireflies floated in the air, and Fleur playfully reached up to see if she could catch one. She didn't try very hard, so she wasn't surprised when she didn't manage to get any. A breeze of cold wind made her pull her hood over her head again, though she still didn't mind being here in the gardens by herself. Maybe in a little while she would return to the party.
