Closed Surprise Visit

Holidays was a great time to finally get home and meet his father. Mark was actually waiting for the moment to get home, to actually relax for a few days and not think about the school. He really could use some alone time and just spend all these days by himself. His father wasn't home a lot during the first few days of holidays, so he just decided not to use this time to talk to him, rather just enjoy time by himself. This day Mark decided just to spend all day inside as his father said that he was supposed to answer the door today as someone was going to visit him. Mark didn't have any idea of who it could be, as his father didn't even answer any of Mark's question about the visit and seemed pretty lost himself. His father, Hunter, was at work and Mark was just laying on a sofa and writing something in his little notepad. He wasn't looking forward to talking to that mysterious person and he really hoped that it wouldn't be his mother, after all he hadn't talked to her for years and Mark didn't want to. He felt that he lost connection with her and Mark didn't want to try to get it back on the track, it just didn't feel right..

 

[Evan Ross]

Evan was on his way to meet his brother for the first time. He wasn't sure what Mark would think about him, he wasn't sure how he looked and what was he like. They have never met in real life, Mark didn't even knew about his existence. Evan was a bit concerned, all he knew was that he had a brother and where he lived. Evan was getting closer and closer to the door and he wasn't sure how to start the conversation and how to keep it going, how to convince that he's really his brother.. Evan had a lot of going through his mind and he had so much going in this thoughts. As he got closer and closer to the door, Evan was getting more nervious and anxious. Evan took a huge breath as he already stood near the doorway and he finally got the courage to bang the door three times.. Nothing could be reversed now and the moment came closer by every second.. He heard footsteps..

Mark was just sitting on the sofa and reading a book and all of sudden he heard a knock on the door. Before answering it, he felt a little weird, because the knock seemed as if the person behind the door was very young or weak, because the knock wasn't that strong and if he wasn't so concentrated, he probably wouldn't hear the knock. Mark put his book down and slowly stood up. He had only shorts on him, Mark quickly tried to find his shirt, put it on and went to the door. Mark didn't know who to expect, but after few seconds of standing right behind the door, he decided to open it. The person standing in front of him probably was his age, so he was feeling a bit lost. - Umm, how can I help you? He said.
