"Ryan Stevens"the headmistress called.
'Ok Ryan,you can do this'he said to himself,as he walked up to the stool and sat down on it.Ryan felt the sorting hat fall upon his head,he half shut his eyes and concentrated.
'Not slytherin,anywhere but slytherin,i would do well in Gryffindor.As i am brave, noble and loyal, i feel i would do well in Gryffindor.
Ryan sat and waited for the sorting hat to reply.

Yes my boy. There's no doubt where you truly belong. I am still slightly convinced that you would do very well in Ravenclaw, but I think you would do the very best in GRYFFINDOR!!
 
When I heard my name called out,I jumped a little out of shock but recovered without anyone noticing and strode towards the stage waiting eagerly to be decided upon.As I sat and waited for the headmistress to place the hat on my head I couldn't help but start to let my mind wonder of what was awaiting me here and was looking forward to the oportunity of finding out!!!

Hmm....I can see you will work hard. I can also see that you are brave and loyal, though you're also intelligent. I'd say you'll do best in RAVENCLAW!!
 
A girl stood, Tall and brave. She had her eyes set on the prize, nothing more. Her Dark past seem to follow every thought in her head. A new start, a new school, learning more then she could have ever dreamed. As she herd her Name Echo in the Huge room she stepped forward. No fear in her eyes, none would she let show through. Her pride was strong and Her Bravery Even stronger. As all eyes where set on her, she took a seat as the placing hat was sat on her head. Her only thoughts were the same as her deceased mother when she was placed in Gryffindor so many years before her, "Don't Give up, Be brave in the face of Danger, Never forget those who love you and Never become unloyalw to those who you love. For Strength and power are great and necessary when it comes to wizards but They are not the only elements that create one of Power". Kera was a girl with smarts but her Bravery conquered all. She was not Threaten by anyone and death was the one thing that never scared her. She, new to the wizard world, had many questions but the One thing thing she never questioned was who she was and Where She wanted to go "Gryffindor is where I'm meant to be" She whispered to herself so that only herself could hear.

She waited patently and seemed to be not nervous, Unlike the ones before. She felt she knew her destiny, and she felt through everything her past has tried to bring her down, it has only helped her to become, not only who she is now, but who she was meant to be in the future.

Yes....you certainly are a brave girl. You're smart, too. You'd do well most anywhere but I think you're the perfect example of a GRYFFINDOR!!
 
When Dakota heard his name he was a little scared. "What if he didn't get into Slytherin? Would his mum hate him for not being like her?" He thought to himself. He really wanted to be in Syltherin, not for his mums sake but to tell his dad he did it... He knew that the Sorting Hat could do many great and wonderful things... "But how would putting him in anything else other then Slytherin be great and wonderful? He said to himself again. So in his head he just started to think, "Slytherin... Syltherin..." Over and over.

Hmm....I can tell you want Slytherin my boy, but when I look at you and your true self I see no Slytherin qualities. No....you'd do well in Gryffindor, but I think you'd do the best in HUFFLEPUFF!!

The girl heard the headmistress call out her name. She slowly walked up to the old three legged stool and seated herself as the hat was placed on her head. Then she waited and let her thoughts do the rest. Hmmm, what house would she do well in? She was kind and caring, not very brave since there were a lot of things she feared. She was loyal and would make a good friend but you wouldn't do well with her as an enemy. She cared for others and was very thoughtful. She also had a good sense of justice. Putting all of that aside, she realized that her strongest weapon was her intellect. With it she could do many things and accomplish a lot. Through all of the years in her life so far, her intelligence and common sense had gotten her out of those tight spots. She was a really fast learner and loved to solve things. She outsmarted those who outsmarted others and helped those who did not understand. She wanted to discover all there was to discover. The library was her safe haven, that vast hall of knowledge. Her hands were itching to get themselves on those books. "Yes," she thought, "I think I would do well in Ravenclaw"


Yes, my dear, there's no question there. You're intelligence speaks for you, and your sense of right and wrong tells me that you would be a perfect fit in RAVENCLAW!!

Jezreel jumped at the sound of her name.
'All I have to do is put on a hat...why am I so nervous?' she thought.
As she approached the stool she thought about all of the things that she heard on the Hogwarts Express regarding the different houses. As the hat was placed on her head she thought,
'Well, this is it...I guess I'm brave so Gryffindor would be great plus it would make mom so proud...that was her house. There was that time that I had to stand up to those boys for teasing me about my family. So what if my mom is a little different in the way she dresses, she's a witch and can dress how she wants. But I showed them, but I still don't think they know how they ended up in that tree.' And she giggled in spite of herself.
'If I was smart enough to get into Ravenclaw that would be fine, but I don't think I am and Hufflepuff probably doesn't want someone who has inheirited my mother's tendency to jinx first and ask questions later. All I know is I really don't want to be Slytherin...but then they won't take me anyway cause Dad is a Muggle.'
Jezreel looked around and saw all of the other students staring at her and she wondered if it had taken this long to be sorted for everyone else because it didn't seem like it had. Then the hat whispered into her ear and she knew that it had made its decision...

Hmm....this is a hard one. You would certainly do well in Gryffindor; you've got a spunky spirit that would fit right in. But I think you would bring some excitement and balance to HUFFLEPUFF!!
 
She was excited about getting sorted.. When she heard her name, she smirked, hoping and knowing that she would get into a good house. She walked to the frount, sat down on the stool... She didn't know what house, but which ever it might be, she'd be happy. She hoped maybe Hufflepuff. Yes, hufflepuff is what she wanted.

Hmm....Hufflepuff, is it? Yes, I can see you are Hard Working, loyal, kind, and carind. I think you'd do perfectly in HUFFLEPUFF!!
 
"Turner, Harriet", Harriet gulped loudly and strode forward confidently, it was a short walk but with millions of eyes staring at her the walk seemed like miles, she took a look around and saw the four long tables stretched out in front of her which house would i like to be in? Please not Slytherin was the first thing to enter her head i would love to be in Gryffindor, but i dont mind Ravenclaw. She sat down on the old wooden stool and the hat jumped to life as it made its decision...


Yes.....you're a lively girl and you would do well in Ravenclaw. But I think you'd do the best in GRYFFINDOR!!
 
carly looked up at the sorting hat. she was nervous. her hands had been shaking form the moment she got the letter. she was an only child and she was a muggleborn. as the names went on it was only a matter of time. she wanted to be in any house. she told herself to be brave and that in a moment or 2 you will be sorted. that moment came fast. Waterhouse, Carly. she walked up and sat on the three legged chair. not Slytherin she thought. any but that. i love to any but there. Ravenclaw or Gryffindor would be nice, also i wouldn't mind Hufflepuff.and with that, the hat began to talk.................


Yes....there's not much of a question there....you'd do well in Hufflepuff, but I think you'd do best in GRYFFINDOR!!
 
I nervously shifted in my robes, wiping my sweaty hands on them as I stood from my chair after my name was called. I walked gingerly up to the chair to take my place,where many of my ancestors had once done , staring at the sorting hat which was watching me with a determined look. I walked bravely, with my head held high although my legs felt as if they would give way. I approached the stool, at which I sat, and I thought to myself Griffindor is where I want to be, like my family before me and waited for the reply,eager in anticipation...


This one is very difficult. I see your ancestors have been in Gryffindor before you and it's true you'd do well there. But I think with your eagerness to help and caring spirit that you'd do best in HUFFLEPUFF!!

i slowley walk up to the sorting hat with everyones eyes stearig right at me i wipe my sweeting hands as i put the sorting hat on my head and sit there thinking Gryffindor plese put me in Gryffindori will do well plese
 
"Moore Charly" listened as her name was called and walk nerviously up to the hat. she thaught to her self i have to be in Gryffindor please please let it be gryffindor


Hmm....Gryffindor, eh? I agree you could go to Gryffindor. But I think you're hard working, honest, and caring. I think you'd do best in HUFFLEPUFF!!
 
heatherisneat sat with the other first years waiting for her name to be called, she stroked the super fluffy fur of her giant panda dog and wondered what house she would be put in. "heatherisneat" called the headmistress who resembled a cross between Kylie minogue and Nicole Kidman. heatherisneat stood, arranging the pink mylittlepony saddle on her giant panda dog and leapt on. her panda dog (whos name is actually panda dog) bounded onto the stage where the sorting hat sat waiting on the stool. Panda dog circled the stool, like cats do when they want to sit down and they claw at the ground and stuff and dumped heatherisneat onto it. Smiling real big and showing that her two front teeth where missing she put the ratty hat on her head.........(wondring whether she should be worried about the risk of catching headlice)


Well, I see intelligence and I see cunning. I think with your ability to be straight and to the point, you would do best in SLYTHERIN!!
 
Cid sat there watching as people were called, when he saw the hat talking he was totally shocked and a little scared of it.
"I swear I might catch something from that thing, you'd think they would clean it for this" Cid said under his breath, as his name was finally called, he tried to get up but his legs weren't moving, he then slapped his own face making a rather loud noise and got up and walked up to the stool where the hat laid the hand mark from his own slap on his face slowly fading, he picked up the hat and sat down placed it on his head.

Cid closed his eyes, the first thought was of his dad slapping him hard across the face, after seeing how much his last doctor's bill was, he always hated his father and thought of him as a snake, so he didn't want to be the snake house.

Cid opened his eyes and saw everyone looking at him, he felt really embarrassed having everyone stare at him, it was almost like being at home, being judged all the time, how he was tired of it, his fear over whelmed him as he opened his eyes once more seeing everyone scared him so much he jumped back a little making the stool fall backwards, the only thought in Cid's mind was "I wish I was a bird"


A bird? We have a house that has a bird as their symbol. You'd do well in Slytherin, but I'll put you in the house of the birds; RAVENCLAW!!
 
Hello How do i find my way to the sorting ceremony.

griffygirl looked up at the sorting hat. she was nervous. her hands had been shaking form the moment she got the letter. she was the last child from 2 to go to hogwarts. as the names went on it was only a matter of time. she wanted to be in any house. she told herself to be brave and that in a moment or 2 you will be sorted. that moment came fast. griffygirl. she walked up and sat on the three legged chair. not Slytherin she thought. any but that. i love to any but there. Ravenclaw or Gryffindor would be nice, also i wouldn't mind Hufflepuff.and with that, the hat began to talk.................

I see you want Gryffindor or Ravenclaw, you are right both are very good for you indeed. You're smart, but brave, wise but noble, I think you would fit best in...Gryffindor
 
Abid was nervously waiting for hearing his name. After sometime he heard his name and became confident and he was slowly approaching to the stool with full confident. When he was almost near, he suddenly came into a position of about to fall down, but he trickly save himself from his falling and sat on it with the dream of his being sorted in good class and took the hat and placed it on his head. He was eargerly waiting for hearing the decision....

You're a kind boy and obviously very eager to learn. I'd say you'd do well in either Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. But I think you'd do the best in HUFFLEPUFF!!
 
i walk down the hall pearls of sweat forming on my forehead because i am so nervous yet eager to find out what house i will be sorted into. as i sit and place the hat on my head i fiddleing with my fingers and swinging my feet without even realizing it hoping that the sorting will be over soon.
 
Daralis stood up straight and waited for her name to be called. She did not wait long -- her name was at the last of the C's. "Cynric, Daralis," the headmistress called. With a mix of fear and excitement, she walked at a controlled speed to the stool. She sat down and waited for the battered old hat to be placed on her head.

You're a sweet girl. Ambitious and eager to do well. I think you'd be great in any house, but with your kindness and thougtfulness, I think you'd be perfect in HUFFLEPUFF!!

I would tell the teacher to be fear to the student.

"Jayne, Rauri" Headmistriss Alicia finally said.Rauri walked up to the stool at sat there swinging her legs waiting for the sorting hat to be placed on her head. " "Dont be sorted in to Slytherin. I wouldnt mind Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. Gryffindor would be great too." she said in her mind as the headmistriss placed the hat on her head. She eagerly waited for a response.

Not Slytherin, huh? Well, you're right Slytherin wouldn't fit you at all. I can see you doing well in Hufflepuff, your very kind, but you're sense of curiosity and sense of bravery tells me you belong most in Gryffindor
 
Jerlyn walked to the Great hall and sat the chairs of the first year who was waiting for their name to be call, as she was about to sit down "Jerlyn Tulfo" the headmistress called, Jerlyn gulped and stood up starightand walked up to the stage, she addmitted she was a bit nervous and notice all eyes are on her as she was walking, she sat at the wooden stool, and felt the hat went to her head, she sat calmly and comfortable, clearing her mind and concentrated Just put me into SLYTHERIN, that's all I ask , she said in her mind, determined, she paused Please she then thought, hope the sorting hat will agree and waited eagerly for a response.

Slytherin you say... well you are very cunning, you know what you want and you'll try to get it. But you're also very smart, and you know school is very important to you. No, I am going to have to put you in RAVENCLAW!!
 
sarah was shaking as she waited for her name to be read out."Noonan Sarah" was finally called and sarah walked up to the three legged stool. It was then that she finnally realised that this was all for real. She sat there as alicia placed the hat on her head, waiting for a response from the sorting hat.

Hmm, this is a more difficult one. You have traits of all the houses. You are very kind, you would do well in Hufflepuff, but I see a wisdom in you that is beyond your years, yes, that's it. You'll do best in RAVENCLAW!!
 
Bernadino rose to the sound of her voice. She was ready to do this, she had this moment planned out in her head the day she found out she was to attend Hogwarts. With every stride she took, bravery was visible. She walked with confidence as she passed by her peers, all looking anxiously at her. She gave them a re-assuring smile as she approached the sorting hat. She knew what she wanted, Griffindor, and with a determined and courageous look in her eye she sat down on the stool. As the hat was placed on her head, she thought to herself, I will do well in Griffindor, am I brave, strong and determined. Griffindor is the right place for me and with that thought she waited for the sorting hat to speak.

Gryffindor you desire? Hmmm, well you would do well there, but you're also very kind and loyal. Hufflepuff would fit you nicely. But if you insist,Gryffindor.
