Slytherin Quidditch Practice

Lestat was so sore with himself, and blamed the drama he had with his best over the loss. Flying around, Lestat searched for the snitch while avoiding the bludgers. From the way it looked, it seemed like the other players were not going as well either. Things seemed a little off.

After scoring the first goal of the game, Kimmy flew a lap of the pitch, trying to just enjoy the practise therefore having and not get too caught up in the fact she had to keep winning. She may have been out for a year and she thought she needed practise more than most, but Kimmy knew she would do well if she just focused.

Lestat sighed as he continued to fly, trying to clear his mind at the same time.

He took a swing at a bludgers coming his way but missed his target by inches. Had Charlotte bewitched the bludgers to see how they would deal with not hitting a single person throughout the training? If so he hoped that she would soon lift the spell because he was going to hit people with his bat if he'd continued to miss everything.

Odette's sour mood grew worse as she missed another bludger she tried to hit. At this point she didn't even care who she hit with it, as long as she managed to hit someone. Though she wouldn't mind aiming one at that annoying alternate beater Liam. But at the rate she was going, that wasn't going to happen anytime soon.

Getting paralell with Charlotte, the Slytherin flew alogside her friend, just in case she needed to be passed the Quaffle. She looked around for Rory, making sure she knew where they both were at all times.

Sara kept watch of the way things were going, and except one of the chasers scoring, nothing was really happening.

Charlotte beamed as she watched Kimmyeon score a goal. "Yes! You're amazing!" she exclaimed, diving so she could get the quaffle again as it was thrown back out. She couldn't be more prouder of her teammate as she made her way to the other side of the pitch.

Asaiah groaned loudly when he failed to catch up with a bludgers and shouted to Charlotte, "Did you do something with the bludgers?!"

As Charlotte made it closer to the hoops she soon became distracted as she heard shouting from Asaiah. She went to throw the quaffle through the hoops but swore loudly as it hit the side of it and bounced off before turning to the beater. "I did nothing!" she shouted back, quite angry at the fact their practice wasn't really going to plan. On the bright side, at least Kimmyeon had scored a goal.

Sara was ready when Charlotte began to fly in the direction where she was guarding the hoops but when someone shouted something to her Sara dove to the side to block the quaffle, unnecessarily, as her captain had missed. She sighed, rolling her eyes. This practice definitely wasn't going as she had hoped.

Odette could tell the mood was low for most of the team right now, and she scowled as she missed yet another bludger. Unlike Asaiah, she didn't blame it on the bludgers. She was sure she just wasn't good enough.

Asaiah rolled his eyes annoyingly when Charlotte said that she hadn't done anything to them. He didn't think that there was going to be any hits soon if they continued to play like this. Hopefully, the Chasers were having more luck.

Odette could tell Asaiah was just as frustrated as she was, and she scowled as she failed to catch up with another bludger. It was starting to make her feel judged by the other team members, though they weren't all doing that great either.

Lestat wondered why the beaters were not having good luck. He shrugged and continued with his search for the snitch.

Kimmy smiled at Charlotte as she complimented her, reinforcing the fact that perhaps she was just getting frustrated at herself, more so than was necessary. As she watched her Captain attempt to score a goal, she still knew that Charlotte was one of the best chasers the school had, and no doubt it was just unfortunate that she missed. Kimmy raced forward and grabbed the ball from the air, heading towards the opposite hoops.

Asaiah had once again been chasing after a bludger and swung his bat against the ball, aiming it towards Lestat. Unfortunately, it went of course and he saw that it hit Kimmyeon instead.

Kimmy was flying towards the hoops, lifting the Quaffle above her head as she was about to throw it into the goal. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted a bludger coming towards her, and quickly she released the Quaffle, just as she was hit in the arm by the second ball. She swore loudly, barely noticing that she'd managed to score a goal. She looked up and knew that Asaiah wouldn't have targetted her on purpose, and silently tried to shake off the pain and concentrate on the fact she'd just gotten another goal.

Odette knew the whole team probably wasn't judging her laack of success right now, but she still felt their eyes on her as she once again missed a bludger.

Liam was hoping he would be the first beater to actually hit something. But the other male beater was before him. He kept an eye open for bludgers and heard some noice coming his way. Liam saw it clearly and took a swing and succeeded! He aimed for Lestat but in stead the bludger went off course and hit Charlotte. Liam was glad he hit one, because Odette still didn't done anything better. Now Charlotte could see that he hit bludgers, but he felt bad at hitting his captain. '' Sorry Charlotte, but I did hit one.'' Liam said with a grin.

Odette was growing increasingly more frustrated, even more so when she saw that Liam had hit one at Charlotte, even if it didn't seem like he had been aiming for her. She felt about ready to chuck her bat at someone.

Kimmy managed to intercept the Quaffle as it was thrown out again, immediately chucking it through the hoop without a seconds thought. She half expected it to bounce again or be caught, but she watched it sail past the unanticipated Keeper and she grinned to herself as she scored another goal. Things seemed to be working out for her much better when she didn't think too hard about it.

Asaiah was happy to see that Kimmyeon didn't seem to be in much pain after he had accidentally hit her with a bludgers and smiled happily at her when she scored again. If only he could hit his initial target now and not someone else.

Charlotte beamed as she watched Kimmyeon score again but cringed as she also watched her get hit by a bludger. The girl took the quaffle as it was thrown back out and began making her way to the other side of the pitch. She grimaced as she felt pain on her side from Liam hitting a bludger towards her but kept the quaffle gripped tightly underneath her arm, not wanting to let it go. "It's okay." she told him, proud that he had hit a bludger nonetheless. When she made it to the hoops she threw the quaffle towards them and watched as it went straight through, happy that she finally scored herself a goal despite the throbbing pain.

Odette nearly threw her bat when she missed yet another bludger, deciding to just fly a lap around the pitch to cool off a little bit. This wasn't good for her blood pressure, and she was ready to start a fight with someone.
