Slytherin,Practice Alana Finch was glad that she'd managed to secure a decent time for practice this week for her team. It sure beat the crack of dawn time slot that no one ever wanted to get. It was a little bit before their final meal of the day. With the weather warming up, it was nice to be out here as the sun was beginning to set.

Having already dragged the practice team to the middle of the pitch, Alana watched the team finish their laps in the sky. She stood on the bench and waved her arms, getting their attention so that they could come down. She wanted to set the bludgers and snitch free already and get practice really started.

The last quidditch game for Slytherin had gone quite well. When Charlotte received the news that her team were going to go for practice she was extremely excited. A decent amount of good practice meant that the chances of them winning the next game was going to be higher, and any improvement was important. The fourth year dressed in her gear and took her broom with her down to the quidditch pitch. She then proceeded to warm up and do laps before the captain called the team back down. The Slytherin gathered around with the rest of them, eager for the practice to begin.

Asaiah flew towards Alana once he noticed that she was waving her arms and landed on the ground. Although he was happy that they wouldn't have to practice early in the morning or right before bedtime, the Slytherin was feeling rather hungry as he hadn't eaten a thing since breakfast. ''Is this going to take long?'' he asked Alana, ''I'm starving.'' Though he mostly commented for the laughs it was a real question that he hoped Alana would answer truthfully because he could hear his stomach making noices while he was talking.

OOCOut of Character:
I don't want to keep you waiting since it's only open for a short time, so let's get started.

Alana rolled her eyes at Asaiah's comment before turning to the group. "We'll play half pitch" she began, hopping down from the bench and picking up her broom. "Practice will end when the Chasers have scored three goals or the Beaters hit two people, or the Seeker catches one snitch." The teenager swung her foot over her broom and kicked off, flying to her spot at the goals. They'd played great last game, but she wanted them to focus so that would continue.

Ezra was not easily impressed. But his new teammates impressed him. The fifth year made his way out onto the practice field to begin practice. After Alana gave them the run down of how practice would work Ezra took to the air and grabbed the quaffle and made his way towards Alana.

Asaiah grinned when he saw Alana roll her eyes and mounted his broom and kicked himself off of the ground with the bat in his right hand. He immediately chased a bludger and continued doing so in the hope that he could soon hit the ball

"Come on, Ezra" Alana smirked as she drifted in front of the center hoop. "Give me your best shot" she trash talked.

Ezra smirked as he made his way closer to the hoops woth Alana egging him on. "You couldn't handle my best shot," He laughed tucking the quafle tighter under his arm getting ready to line up his shot.

Kimmy hadn't done great in her first ever school match. She may be able to pass a ball but she definitely wasn't able to score well enough yet. Feeling slightly embarrassed about showing her face around her team again, she had hung back and waited for the others to head out onto the pitch first, before following behind slowly with her broomstick.

Once she was confident the attention was on the other Chaser, Kimmy rose up into the air and took flight, circling the other students and getting used to the feeling of the air once again. She needed to score some goal during the next match, and the only way she'd do that would be by practising.

Alana arched her eyebrow after hearing what Ezra said. Now, she really had to catch this. There was no way she was contributing to the growth of his ego.

Asaiah continued to chase after a bludger. Luckily he didn't have to focus on any incoming bludgers because he had let his guard down while following the ball.

Kimmy watched as Ezra tried to score a goal, and flew close to Asaiah while doing so. The best way to not be hit by a bludger was to be near someone with the bat. Once he had taken his shot, Kimmy would want the ball and she was ready to catch it from Alana.

Ezra continued to fly closer to Alana until he lulled up and let thr quaffle loose. He didn't ut nearly enough force behind it and it was easily caught by the keeper.

Alana caught the quaffle easily, rather disappointed by that attempt. She tossed the quaffle out to no one in particular. "Let's go" she yelled. "Focus!"

As Ezra missed his shot, Kimmy had her chance. She scooped in to catch the Quaffle from Alana, and circled the hoops once more to get a clean line up. It was her turn, and this time she wasn't going to miss.

Charlotte watched as her team took up to the skies and she followed them, smirking as Ezra missed the shot. It felt different not playing with an opponent but Charlotte let her fellow chasers take the quaffle first, planning to snatch it later.

Kimmy swept past her teamates, and threw the quaffle as hard as she could past her Captain. Kimmy couldn't help but grin as it sailed past Alana, and she scored her first goal.

Alana broke in the wrong direction and ended up watching the quaffle soar through the hoop. She was mildly impressed, but all she did was give Kimmyeon a nod of her head. Throwing the quaffle out, Alana watched the chasers to see who would come up with it.

OOCOut of Character:
I'll be ending practice tomorrow morning.

As Charlotte saw Kimmyeon take a shot she smirked and dived in for the quaffle when it was thrown back out by Alana, ready to make another successful shot.

Asaiah stretched out his right arm as he came closer to the bludger he'd been chasing during practice. He swung and hit the bludger with the end of his bat. Because he wasn't sure if he was suppose to hit a fellow player with the bludger, he send the bludger inches away from Alana so she would know that he hit it.

Charlotte came close to the hoops and with all her might she threw the quaffle and watched as it successfully went straight through. She fist bumped the air as she waited for Alana to throw it back in.

...sometime later

Alana was finally satisfied by how the team had practiced. She knew her stomach was rumbling, so she nodded her head to end the practice. "Good job." Flying with the quaffle tucked under her arm, Alana flew to Asaiah. "Next time, hit someone or I'll have to bench you like I benched Savage." With that, she flew down to gather everything and clean up.
