Sage had been on a small sort of bliss since the Halloween feast. While it had been a nice enough night to begin with, it had improved ten fold with that boy, who had shown her attention, and who had danced with her. It hadn't been like she'd thought she would receive no attention. Sage was maybe just a fourth year, but she was developing quickly, and combined with her slim figure and tanned skin, insanely blue eyes, she was just short of feeling that she was truly perfect. Sage did not have a low opinion of herself, she had high self-esteem, and did believe herself beautiful, this would be the final touch. Growing up, and clearly she hadn't been the only one to think so. The boy, whom Sage did not know the name of had thought her stunning. She'd easily attracted his attention, and it had been playful fun between fellow students. Now, Sage had to focus on exams. Which was not a fun task, and definitely not the kind of thing she wanted to be doing. The teen had found out that while she was happy with how things had been going, she wasn't so interested in education. It was alright, sure, but it wasn't the most fun she could have. Friends were something she lacked, though, she realised that she didn't need to be as harsh when she first met them. Sage needed to be more friendly, or at least open to the idea of friends, and boys, well, she wasn't a veela, and didn't have those genes, but she knew how to attract them. Knew how to get the attention of teenage boys that were equally as fun to play around with. This being said, with the exams coming up, and her father expecting her to do well, Sage had decided to study, moving her attention away from boys.
Instead of the noisy common room, which had just too many first years who didn't know how to be quiet in it, the girl had chosen a quiet spot for herself. The slytherin teen had made sure that no one else would use it, and whenever someone came into the room, she'd tell them that no one was allowed in, and she was the student picked to look after the room. It wasn't a massive lie, but most students left after that. So, as it turned out, the quiet and the chillness of the room was perfect for the girl to focus on her studies rather than be distract by any amount of fun that she could have in some other area of the school. After having spent the better part of the afternoon studying, Sage had decided to take a break, she did this, by moving away from her things and just standing at the doorway of the room. A little different light, and a muggle book that had been released many years before, Lolita, while she was of magical blood, the girl had found that muggle books could at times be better than the old novels of wizards. There was something so fascinating to her about a non-magical world in books. The slytherin teen never took a break for very long, reading a chapter or two depending on chapter length. This time around, she'd gotten somewhat distract, she stood against the door frame, she was dressed much more casually, and comfortable, though it suited her well. Sage was distracted from the book, when she heard a familiar voice, someone was leaving the prefects common room, saying goodbye to someone. A voice she knew, and she watched as the were about to pass her, "Scream four was the worst Scream movie ever" the girl said, as the boy passed with a smirk on her face. If he was the right person, then he'd know exactly who she was, if not, she'd just be a random girl talking about something called scream.
