S2/Y35 Ilvermorny Quidditch Practice!

Dominic laughed at Adams excuse. "Points are points!" he called out as he caught the quaffle again and flew off. He wanted nothing more then to warm his hands but he kept a tight grip on the ball and kept an eye out for the other chasers.

AJ took a wild swing at another bludger, excited to just have caught up to one. Unfortunately, the swing barely made an impact, the bludger taking a minor detour to the right before continuing exactly as it had before.

Hope was glad to have catch the snitch two times now. She was doing a good job and in this circumstances even gave her hope. She wasn't named Hope for anything. She continued for her third attempt.

Isaak flew alongside of Dominic after his success, in case he needed some extra help.

OOCOut of Character:
Practice ends tomorrow!

Cayleigh stopped flying to put her now soaked hair into a tighter ponytail. She needed her hair to stay out of her face so that she could focus on the practice.

AJ's arms were starting to cramp up in the cold weather. He tried to stretch them as he flew, though he hadn't quite gotten the hang of flying without at least one of his hands still on his broom so it was fairly unsatisfying.

Hope had really trouble with the wind now, she almost did not come forward. She looked around for a moment and was glad she didn't got hit yet by a bludger. She had some time left to try again but otherwise if the practice would be over she would be pleased with what she did.

It seemed like Hope was having a good day, but Eli still thought practicing in the snow was stupid. He glowered at Isaak, attempting to hit a bludger in his direction, but he missed.

AJ felt a burst of relief when his bat connected properly with one of the bludgers, happy to finally feel like he'd gotten a solid hit. He'd been aiming for Eli, since he felt a little less awful about hitting someone else with a bat, but AJ watched, grimacing, as the bludger careened off course at the last second, slamming into @Dominic Torres instead. "Shi- Uh, heads up!" He called out belatedly to the chaser, hoping the hit might at least kind of intentional since Dominic did have the quaffle.

Dominic was just making his way towards the goals when he heard a shout, but there wasn’t enough time to react as he felt the bludger slam into his shoulder. The blow caused him to swerve but he managed to stay on his broom and keep his hold on the quaffle. “Ahh!” he exclaimed in a strangled shout. “Watch where you’re aiming that thing!” he called out and gave his arm a good shake before continuing towards the goals. Unsurprisingly his shot missed as he winced when he threw the ball.

AJ winced when Dominic missed his shot at the goal, feeling responsible for the that. "Sorry!" He called out, keeping his head down and moving further away to search for less fiesty bludgers.
