Once Amaya had left Kace, she turned to the next name on her list. Alright, Elsie. Simple enough. As luck would have it, she spotted the other girl when she looked up from her paper. "Elsie, wait up!" She called, running after her. "I have a rose for you," She smiled, pulling out the red rose for the girl.

Elsie couldn't escape the masses today it seemed. On her way to find Agnes, she had been stopped at least twice by people trying to thrust roses upon her. "Ah, hi Amaya," she said, turning to see the Slytherin. Of course she had a rose with her, since that was what was happening to everyone today, "cool, wait... is that red?" She hadn't been expecting that.

Amaya nodded. "It is red," she held it out before producing the note as well.

You're so amazing Elsie. I'll never stop choosing you.

 

[Elsie Baros]

Elsie frowned down at the note for a second before realising what it was and the smile on her face grew wider. It was obvious who this was from. No on could ever know. She held the note and the rose close to her chest. She would never stop choosing Agnes either. “Thank you, Amaya, thanks so much.”​

Amaya grinned, stepping closer and patting Elsie's shoulder. "Anytime," She offered. "It's good to see you happy." She stated simply. It was true, it was nice seeing such a positive reaction to a rose. "Have you gotten many roses?" She inquired, pulling her hand back.

Elsie smiled at Amaya, she couldn’t hide the fact that despite thinking Valentine’s Day was a bit of a hack, she’d been enjoying it so far. “The ones that count,” she stated simply, not wanting to divulge the number. There was no way Amaya would clue in with information like that, but anything involving Agnes she kept close to her heart regardless. You never really knew in this world anyway. Snitches everywhere. “You?” She returned the question.​
