Lilith saw a glint in the distance and as she was accelerating towards it and chasing it down she felt a collision on her thigh. Wincing she didn’t give the hit too much attention, instead she kept on going not letting the glint fade. It paid off because as she extended her arm to geasp the golden ball she felt relief at the catch and showed it off before letting it go again.

Well it seemed like Lili didn't have to fly in circles for long because she soon noted a shimmer a little above in the distance. Flying upwards towards the shimmer Lilith weaved her way through a few flying bludgers and teammates until she was close enough to make out the distinctive shape of the golden ball with it fluttering wings. Reaching for it the seeker soon closed her first around the golden ball with a smile. No matter how many times she'd caught it, it always felt good. Taking a little breath in she looked at the snitch. "Be nicer to the younger ones." She whispered to the object before letting it go with an amused glint in her eyes and a small smile.

Lilith noticed how the second year seeker had her head hanging low and flew closer to her, once she was at a talking distance she tried to cheer the girl up. “Chin up, you got this. You’ll catch it eventually don’t let it discourage you.” She spoke softly, wanting the girl to have fun and trust herself. “It’s just difficult sometimes to catch it but you did amazing in the tryouts and you deserve to be here so keep looking.” She hoped her little pep talk would at least cheer the girl up a little.
