Top one gets 9/10. I think it looks really good but the font can be a bit hard to read. That might just be me as I'm meant to wear glasses. That's my opinion anyways.
Bottom one gets 7/10. The effect is good but I don't like big banners and the font doesn't really suite the banner.

Overall, I think it would look better with just one of the banners as it's a bit big. (I think the rules say you're only aloud one image as well. Not sure.)
