Yvonne had volunteered to stay at the castle for the holiday break instead of going home. Soon it would be a full calendar year since she had been home but she just hoped that it's absence would make her fonder when she finally found her way back. But with no classes to teach or homework to grade Yvonne quickly took to strolling around the quiet castle and checking around all the corners she hadn't had a chance to explore just yet. She had heard about the arts club room in passing but hadn't figured out where it was until she found herself poking her head through door and finding the space full of everything a creative type could possibly want. Venturing in deeper she poked through bottles of paints and sets of pastels, looking for something she might like to use. Yvonne didn't consider herself to be a particularly skilled artist but she still liked to draw or paint on occasion. She knew this was supposed to be for the students but she figured there wasn't any harm in it, besides she was technically in charge.

Kaia missed mom and brother a lot, but yet, she stayed at Hogwarts. because... She actually didn't know why, she just felt like that and mom had agreed. So she wanted to make the greatest fun that she could and even with her staying here without anyone, she decided to not let it become an obstacle. Kaia decided to explore places she hadn't been to before and that was how she ended up in Arts Room. She had a lollipop in her pocket and there was a professor, was it a good idea to enter the Conglomerated Arts Room with sweet? No, but she did it anyway. She couldn't help herself, but feel lightly scared of the professor, because she is a fully grown-up adult, Kaia felt small next to her, but curiosity took the lead and Kaia quietly came next to her. "Are you an artist?" she sheepishly asked with an interest in what professor will choose to make something. Kaia was glancing from the behind and seemed a little bit scared but interested, and tried to not seem rude.

Annie had decided to come back to Hogwarts a few days before and not having too much knowledge she had decided to discover the castle a little more. More particularly from an arts room that she had heard about maybe there would be some interesting people there. She had always adored artists, especially painters, they reminded her of her mother. When she entered the room there were already two people, a lady whom she had seen several, Annie concluded that it was a teacher and another young student was next to her. The young witch slowly approached them before throwing a little "Hello".

Mallory had debated long and hard about bringing Maxim to school with her. In the end, she couldn't have left him behind. He was so soft and adorable. He was also very rambunctious. He had escaped her office, and she'd been running after him. He was quick, and she'd managed to chase him down to the arts room. "Darling, grab that cat!" She called out to the girl in front of the room as Maxim ran straight at her, praying that the silly little boy didn't cause any trouble as she hurried to catch up, and hoping he didn't slip by her into the arts room.

Yvonne nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard a voice asking her a question. She hadn’t heard anyone enter but she turned quickly and saw a younger looking student. With a hand placed on her chest she let out a small laugh at her own jumpiness. She was the professor in this situation after all. “Not exactly.” she said kindly. “But I figured I might give it a try.” she said and finally found the water color set she had been after. “How about you? Do you want to try something?” she asked and gestured to the supplies all around her. Yvonne raised an eyebrow as another young student entered. She smiled and waved her inside. Maybe this was about to turn into an impromptu art lesson. She was just about to suggest that when a cat ran into the room. Yvonne had just managed to process that information before another professor ran in after it. The cat made laps around the room and Yvonne simply stayed put, not wanting to get in the way and partly curious to see how this would play out.

No sooner had she settled in than she saw a cat sneaking through the door of the room. She wondered who it belonged to, its owner must have been very far away, barely had enough time to think about it that another professor walked into the room. " Hello is that your cat ? " Of course , it's was her cat Annie otherwise why she would run after it ? she thought . The cat looked energic running through the room " Do you need help ? " she asked to the newcomer .

Kaia calmly nodded as professor said that she wasn't exactly an artist and even offered her the chance too. "Yeah, I'd love to." she moved closer to the all the supplies, as she heard someone welcoming them and then a shout. As Kaia heard an adult calling to catch that cat, she immediately ran after it. It was a momental reaction to hearing a louder voice. "Here it is," she said as got the cat in her hands. Kaia started to pet him. After looking around, she noticed that she accidentally spilled out three colors, and out of a sudden she looked scared. What she was supposed to do now?

Mallory was insanely relieved when the young girl caught her escaped kitten. She let out a sigh of relief, stopping a moment to catch her breath. "Oh, thank you," Mallory brushed her hair back. "Maxim just bolted right out the door," she laughed breathlessly, spotting a professor nearby. "I'm terribly sorry for interrupting you three." She apologized quickly.

"Good catch." Yvonne chuckled as one of the students managed to get a hold of the cat, or rather kitten. She hadn't gotten a good look at it while it was running about, but she felt sorry for the poor thing. The world is awfully big and scary when you are that small. Yvonne waved off the other professor's apology. "No interruption at all. Well an interruption, but not unwelcome." she insisted. Yvonne looked at her curiously. "You wouldn't happen to be artistically inclined would you?" she asked hopefully. Maybe she didn't have to put on an impromptu art lesson all alone.
