Are we following Hp rules??
1.In the wand shop some common wands are sold and they even take special orders but mostly the students buy the same kind of wand so for example if they duel or something will their wand sort of connect or not??

2.In the wizarding families half blood and pureblood is there something that the parents(allowed to do magic) are doing magic thats legal so the house is under certain laws that if a underage wizard does magic in that house or is from that family he/she isnt caught as the ministry is unaware that a kid thas done magic??

3.For Rping that we are travelling by floo powder do we need to register somewhere??

1st of all your wands will not link as they probably are not sister wands etc.

2nd of all I am unclear what you are asking, however underage magic is still "illegal" and letters are sent out by the improper use of magic office at the ministry.

Anybody may travel by floo powder without special courses etc. as long as their fireplace is linked to the wizarding world.

Regarding your second question, I'm pretty sure that it's the same as in Harry Potter canon, and that underage witches and wizards can still do Magic in Wizarding homes, although that doesn't stop it from being illegal. If parents are decent and abide by the law, they'll stop their kids from using Magic.
