hey I have a question if my bank account has already been posted in by the shopkeepers when does the stuff get put in the inventory? do I have to do it or no? Thanks!

You cannot do it.
The items are placed in your inventory by Cecily Rambolt when she gets sent the sale information and then once she has the time to do it.
